Dark Lord Aged in Sauternes Barrels

Trumpeter's Stout relies on a generous measure of roasted barley for its signature tone. Assertive and dry, this stout follows the tradition of Irish-style stouts and doesn't seek to overwhelm or dazzle with complexity. Rather, the focus on a single specialty grain aims to showcase the purest form of roasted flavor in beer.

A 100% wheat Saison brewed with German light and dark malted wheat, caramel wheat, and a touch of chocolate wheat. This is a showcase for wheat malt and saison yeast flavors.

This dark sour ale was inspired by classic Old Fashioned cocktails. We fermented a velvety imperial stout with our house sour culture, then aged it in Woodford Reserve Bourbon barrels alongside sweet Bing cherries and freshly zested oranges to create a rich, tart stout that’s perfect for sipping on cold winter nights.

Cask; Status uncertain. Also bottle conditioned. Based on a traditional Scottish 80/- recipe with extra additions of aroma hops towards the end of the boil to give a subtle taste of hops and spices.

All malt American Style IPA brewed with Two Row, Carmel and Carapils malts. More than 15 pounds (more than a pound per barrel) of Pacific Jade hops are used in the boil, delivering a herbal infusion of fresh citrus and crushed black pepper. An additional 10 pounds of Amarillo and centennial whole leaf hop mixture for a seven-day dry-hop rounds out the citrus character and provides a nice balance to the sweetness of a huge malt body. Pairs with spicy foods such as Thai food and spicy chicken wings

Fuller’s Chiswick Bitter is the inspiration for this English style session ale. Made with Maris Otter, Special Roast malt, East Kent Golding hops and fermented with English Ale yeast, this beer will surely make you feel like you are in a London Pub… mind the gap!
