Two Hearted Firkin (Cask)

A more authentically old-fashioned version of Two-Hearted Ale. The carbonation is very low, with the head looking like a thin film of rather large soap bubbles. It was reddish in color, slightly hazy. The flavor is balanced and well integrated, a bit to the hoppy side, very much like regular Two-Hearted in some ways but distinctly more mellow.

Two Jokers Double Wit

They say there are two sides to every story, and that’s certainly true of Two Jokers Double-Wit. On the one hand, it’s a revival of the classic Belgian “wit,” or “white” ale, with lactic fermentation providing a refreshing tartness. On the other hand, it’s a modern, uniquely American brew; big, flavorful, and spiced with cardamom, coriander, orange peel, lavender, and grains of paradise.

Two Pistols IPA

Somewhat similar to our Corbin's Revenge IPA, but with more hops and citrus while maintaining a malty balance. Dry hopped with Centennial hops and brewed with Centennial, Columbus, and Cascade hops. Henry Corbin expected trouble on opening day. Protesters gathered outside of his saloon and he greeted them with a pistol in each hand. We took Henry’s approach and were a bit more aggressive with the hops. You can take Henry’s approach too and order an IPA for each hand!

Two Tortugas

San Diego may not top the list for birdwatchers but it certainly tops the list for beer-drinkers. And while you’re more likely to spot a Sea Turtle than a Turtle Dove, tracking down a world class beer is easy. Two Tortugas is the 2nd addition to our less than literal “Twelve Days” series of holiday ales. This Belgian-inspired Quadruple Ale has a delicate union of toffee, dark fruits, and warming spices that will continue to develop with age. Raise a glass to 2011 or save a bottle for 2021, this turtle’s got legs.

Two Tun IPA

Mac & Jack’s IPA is a refreshing, smooth, and balanced India Pale Ale. Using a variety of specialty malts and plenty of locally grown Yakima valley hops, we have created an IPA that has great hop flavor without being bitter. Pale roasted malts give our IPA a deep golden hue, and solid malt backbone, which nicely compliments its crisp hop finish. Copious quantities of hops are added very late in the boil giving the beer its floral aroma and hop forward character.

Two X Four

To honor our Fourth Anniversary in style, we brewed this Strong Ale with our two house yeasts (Kölsch and Rochefort), four hops (Simcoe, Magnum, Chinook and Goldings), and six malts (Pilsner, Wheat, Light Munich, Dark Munich, Crystal and Pale Chocolate). The rich malty backbone is redolent of dark fruits and fruity alcohol; a mouthful of poppin’ hoppiness provides a lingering bitterness that lasts forever. We don’t really know what style we’d call Two x Four, other than “Big Aggressive Ale”. Handle with care…

Two-Step Saison

This beer is dangerously refreshing, light in color and slightly hazed. It's name comes from the double infusion mash performed to extract the most flavor out of the grains used. Our Saison has been brewed to style for the purist beer drinker and those just looking to drink a simply delicious brew. Our goal with this batch was to remind people that simplicity can still yield complexity in flavor and mouthfeel by using the tried and true primary ingredients beer came from (water, barley, hops and yeast) Sometimes less is more and that's okay.
