Watershed Extra Pale Ale is an attempt to push the boundaries of what a Pale Ale can be capable of. A grainbill consisting of solely our base malt helps this pale ale weigh in at a sturdy 5.8% ABV, all while leaving it dry as a bone and as pale as a straw of hay. With no crystal or character malt to get in the way, Watershed is all about the hops from start to finish. We dry hopped this Extra Pale Ale with the same amount of hops used in our double IPA, leaving it with a massive tropical nose. Aroma starts with tropical fruits of guava, pineapple and mango, then continues with citrus notes of grapefruit, tangerine, and lime. Fresh from the tap, you will find it painfully drinkable and refreshing, whether it is your first pint or your third. If you are able to resist and let your glass slowly warm up, you will find the hop character only gets bolder and more pungent. Either way, we think you will find Watershed satisfying if you are in the mood for a session beer, an IPA, or a Double IPA.

Wipers Times 14 is a blond beer of high fermentation, brewed with 4 grains, 4 herbs and only local hops (6,2% ABV). The name of the beer is a reference to the ‘trench gazette’ which was printed in the ‘Kazematten’ by British Soldiers during the First World War. It was printed on a printing press they salvaged from the ruins of the destroyed city of Ypres. Wipers is the nickname soldiers gave to the city of Ypres, deliberately mispronounced as Wipers. One of the herbs that is used to flavor the beer is the seed of the medicinal Saint Mary’s Thistle, also called ‘blessed thistle’. This thistle can be found on the front page of the newspaper and on the label of the beer. 14 stands for the density of the beer (14° Plato).

Bursting with 2 pounds per barrel of Amarillo and Mt Hood hops, Wrenovation is loaded with notes of citrus and refined spice. This is our first "unfiltered" IPA so get ready for some haze!

Our first beer brewed with 100% gluten free grains. We used malted white proso millet and busckwheat to create a very unique beer. Blond in color with a crisp white head and a very easy peach aroma. The taste sees the peach aroma through in flavor and has an easy bitterness that works with the slight sweetness 100% gluten free, produced on equipment that handles gluten.

Ascender is our nod to the beauty and assertive character of Amarillo hops. We brewed this IPA with a blank canvas of a grain bill consisting only of our 2-row base malt from Idaho, then added in plenty of Amarillo hops to develop a huge ruby red grapefruit character followed by more subtle notes of papaya and citron. Layering other hops from the same region of the Pacific North West provides a strong dank and resinous undertone on the finish. Bone dry and light in body, makes this intensely juicy and tropical IPA wash off the palate quickly with a nice lingering hop resin profile that leaves you wanting to crush another pint.

Made from a blend of 100% fresh pressed apple juice from Barsotti Ranchin Apple Hill. A proprietary blend of apples with a balance of tartness and sweetness to create a gold medal winning Hard Cider.

The Mandarin is a light ale brewed with traditional Asian ingredients. We started with red rice and a pound per barrel of dried goji berries in the mash for a bright cereal note and a savory fruitiness. We then add Mandarin hops to bring a tangerine and citrus note. The beer is finished with a dusting of traditional Chinese five spice and dry hopped with imported Golden Yunnan tea for a floral, spicy, elegant tea note.

Citrus rind and zest aroma followed by grapefruit and tangerine, enough bitterness to keep it balanced. Oh yeah, then dry-hopped to punch you in the mouth!!

Fall Saints began with a late summer day here on the coast roasting 200+ pounds of butternut squash and sweet potatoes in a wood fired brick oven in Asbury Park. Back at the brewery, we added caramel malts, the squash and potatoes, and maple syrup to our base of imported pilsner malt to create a unique imperial ale for the changing of the seasons. Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla beans form the backbone of a carefully measured blend of spices – cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and allspice – that was added to create a bold and flavorful beer enjoyable throughout the autumn season and beyond.
