" The label is always the number of foeder listed and the year marks the beginning of maturation. RODENBACH Vintage is 100% old stale beer, resulting in superior RODENBACH Grand Cru. Its taste is complex, round, intense and refreshing. Typically, the apple tart fruitiness combined with caramel, wild honey and oak with a hint of vanilla, cherry and licorice. Its aroma has hints of caramel and oak, as well as notes of green apples mixed with honey and chocolate. The soft sour, fruity aftertaste is long and nicely balanced like a grand cru wine.

With craft beer shelves dominated by IPAs, some consumers are looking for something different. That’s why Sudwerk Brewing Co. created Rye of the Lager, an IPL it calls “a needle in the shelf stack.” “It’s the first rye India Pale Lager available at stores on the West Coast that I’m aware of,” said Trent Yackzan, co-owner of the 25-year-old brewery that is redefining the American lager. With ales, naturally occurring esters can at times compete against other ingredients, especially in the finish. That’s not the case here. In contrast, lager yeast provides a platform to let the other ingredients shine through. Stone fruit aromatics combine with lemon and pepper flavors, a pleasant blend of spice, and a bold finish. The fruity, subtle flavor from Simcoe and Amarillo hops balances with the dry spiciness of the rye.

Inspired by strawberry gazpacho, a chilled European summer soup, this IPA offers crisp bitterness with a refreshing peppermint kick and some juicy, strawberry flavor. This unique fruited IPA is a great complement to the warmer spring season that’s almost upon us.

Dry, crisp and refreshing with just a touch of sweetness from flaked corn, this beer is perfect for a 90 degree day!

This Munich Helles Lager is brilliantly clear and refreshingly crisp. It focuses on the malt flavor with underlying hop bitterness in a supporting role. Tail Whip is artfully blended with 100% BC ingredients. It is made with barley grown and malted in Northern BC, hops from Eagle Valley Hops in Malakwa, and of course Revelstoke's own pure mountain water.

A West Coast spin on a traditional Irish Red Ale, named after Founding Father of the Irish Freedom Movement, Michael Collins. “The Big Fella” balances mellow caramel sweetness with a distinctly West-Coast American hoppiness in this full-bodied copper red ale.

West-coast style IPA. Assertive and hop forward. Bright, juicy and piney, with a resinous and dry finish. Hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Columbus and Calypso. Slightly earthy and spicy underlying malt profile from the addition of rye.

American IPA's are unique. West Coast examples aggressively utilize loads of local hops to create beautiful hop-forward beers that define big American IPA's. East Coast IPA's are less hoppy and more often feature more balanced malty notes. Third Coast IPA is crafted with a beautiful suite of American hops that play well with a delicious malt profile. Dry-hopping imparts a delicate aromatic experience followed by a firm hop presence throughout that lingers and reminds one of pine trees or a citrus orchard. Enjoy Third Coast in good glassware at 45˚-50˚F. Pepperoni pizza or Mexican food should immediately come to mind. Try Third Coast IPA with cheese enchiladas or your favorite quesadillas.

Juicy Mandarina IPA is an unfiltered wheat IPA and part of the Voodoo Ranger Special Release Series. Featuring German Mandarina Bavaria and Australian Galaxy hops, this IPA will pour hazy, have a beautiful orange color, and burst with citrus and juicy tropical flavors.
