Are there any aromatics more corruptly appealing than that suspect waft of dirt and sex that is the heart of fresh white truffles? Not the fake pretty perfumes ubiquitous these days, but the approach/avoidance primitive reaction to that heady scent of something that was secretly thriving just below fecund soil on early morning moments in late fall. Gilded Lily looks to take the beauty of a classic Belgian tripel a step further by stitching a little bit of white truffle’s leather to the edges of the beer’s luxurious drape–the pull of a touch of kink peeking from a lovely silk robe. Drink Gilded Lily because a little hint of dirty makes it all the more alluring.

The thing about brewing with gourds and squashes is although they are a sugar source they act more on the body and bitterness than the sweetness. Much like on the table, you can run over them with spices and ignore what they bring or you can build flavors around their unique profile when brewing. Squashenator looks to gently dress acorn squash’s simple dull bitterness with a Doppelbock’s fruity treacle aromatics–nothing too heavy or brash–a fall beer with the simplicity of a tasty side dish on a harvest-laden table. Acorn squash roasted with a drizzle of blackstrap molasses and a shake of chili flake, added to the mash of a seasonally appropriate Bock. Drink Squashenator because no matter what fast food culture says autumn doesn’t really taste like a bathroom candle.

A Belgian-style Triple or ‘Tripel’ ale brewed in the Flanders tradition. Pure pilsner malt with a touch of oats provides a slightly sweet malt profile balanced by a judicious amount of whole cone Noble Hallertau hops. Our tripel is characterized by a complex yet mildly spicy character from the deft compliment of traditional spices.

This beer carries heavy roasted, and especially coffee notes, perfect for the fall months but great year round. This isn't your typical wimpy brown, but almost boarding on a porter, except way easier to drink. A Sinner line regular, this beer is great whether warming up from the cold or just wanting a beer with a bit more behind it.

Our American IPA gets its bold hop flavor from 100% American hops and its deep gold and full body from pale and crystal malted barley. A blend of Amarillo, Centennial and Simcoe hop varietals imparts AIPA with bitterness and prominent aromas of citrus and fruit. Our brewers select these hops on an annual pilgrimage to the hop farms of Pacific Northwest. IPAs (India Pale Ales) were first brewed in England during the late 1700s for export overseas to British soldiers in India. To keep their beer from spoiling during the long voyage, English brewers fortified their traditional pale ale recipes with natural preservatives: more malted barley, for a higher alcohol content, and more hops. In recent decades, with growing appreciation for highly hopped beers, American craft brewers have revived the style, embraced it, and incorporated new hop varieties. Our Special Release IPAs further those traditions and showcase the distinctions of hops from different hemispheres.

Second iteration of our beloved Oblivion Sour Red by aging it in Kentucky Bourbon barrels instead of wine barrels. The result is a robust sour laden with notes of toffee and vanilla backed by a warming fruit character from the plentiful addition of blackberries and dates.

Cider has sparkled in Brittany since the Iron Age, when Gaul warriors roamed the ancient land named “Armor” or “Country-by-the-Sea.” They worshiped the sun, the moon and the stars and feared nothing but the sky falling on them. Celt cider is named after these proud and fearless warriors who lived in the six Celtic nations known as the “Celtic Crescent”: Brittany, Cornwall, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Isle of Man. This is a refreshing “demi sec” cider with a fruity flavor balanced by a crisp dry finish made from the finest apples in Brittany. Authentic and traditionally made hard cider imported from Brittany. 100% fermented apple cider not from concentrate.

A crisp, refreshing golden ale bursting with juicy Persian lime, freshly ground coriander and a hint of cracked black pepper. VISUAL Straw yellow, bright, light fluffy white foam with sticky lacing. AROMA Lime upfront, like limeade or fresh limes. Lemon, lighter pine and fresh-cut grass. Mild ginger, pineapple, and white wine. Pale malt aromas of honey comb, corn, and bread. FLAVOR Mild sweetness with an even lighter sourness and bitterness. MOUTHFEEL Slightly coating, it becomes a bit puckering and definitely spritzy with a medium-light body and clean, slightly dry, finish. BODY Medium-light body.

It also feeds our hunger to experience the robust land in which we live. From frigid steam and alpine lake, to soaring peek and high mountain pasture, the unassuming huckleberry is a welcome sight to all on the trail.
