Few of us at Bonfire can describe a more satisfying feeling than finishing a float at that last eddy, absorbing the final rays of sun, sinking into the afternoon with one more beer. The ColoRadler is an attempt to capture that fleeting feeling in a can. Drifting among red rocks and rapids, we sought a Centennial State spin on the traditional radler, bringing us to the bigger, more subtle beer now in your hands — a Kölsch ale brewed with fresh lemon & mint.

A collaboration with Prairie Artisan Ales in Oklahoma, Cursed Kettles pours a deep reddish brown with ruby highlights. The initial aroma is of dark cherries with biscuit and raisin notes from a spectrum of toasted malts. Cherry, Raisin, fig, and date character dominates the flavor on top of a refreshing tartness and mild funk of Brettanomyces. The finish is dry and tart with lingering dark fruit.

Lighter bodied, pilsner based Blonde Ale. Clean, crisp and well balanced.

A beer built with soul pleasing qualities to enjoy on those sunny Australian winter days. The signature hop, Falconer’s Flight, provides aromas of citrus and pine. Six speciality malts deliver caramel, raisin and subtle nuttiness in the finish.

The leftover hops from bygone batches have found a new home in this uniquely formulated amber ale series that will never be hopped the same way twice. Malt-forward but decidedly hoppy.

This beer is all about the yeast. Using a French strain of yeast and no spices added gives this Farmhouse ale its unique spicy and fruity flavor.

The Kindler is brewed in the spring to coincide with the valley-wide re-kindling of a desire to get back out on the trails & into the water. A traditional American Pale, it is deliberately designed to impart a more refreshing than bitter hop character, undergoing eight hop additions to bring it right to the top of the pale ale scale at 48 IBUs, while maintaining a distinctly citrus hop finish. What do you do when you spend half a decade working for a digital video compression company in the IPA sodden city of San Diego, you leave America's Finest City to open a brewery in the nucleus of the tech industry, and you have a penchant for manipulating data? You brew Middle Out Westcoast IPA, a hyper-dry India Pale Ale with a laser beam of hop aromas and a desolate landscape of malt character. Upon launch this IPA scores big with immense hop-derived notes of juicy papaya, sun-ripened pears, and lemon blossom; perfectly showcasing the complimentary shaft angle that Simcoe and Lemon Drop hops share as they stand tip to tip waiting for the beer to finish. More bitter than a predatory flautist and with sweetness that is harder to find than the floating island community of Arallon, we like to think of Middle Out as the Westcoast IPA version 2.0.

People Eater is a beast of a beer. It starts with a nice balanced pilsner based wort that's kettle soured to give it some mean tart character and then monstrous amounts of blueberry puree are added giving it a natural blueberry flavor and a ridiculous purple color. Then we added just enough Thai Basil to give it a sneaky herbal balance. It's a one-eyed, one-horned flying purple... beer.

Scratch Raspberry Gose, born as an antidote to hot and hazy East Coast summers, is a friendly tug-of-war between ruby red raspberries and the benevolent bacteria lactobacillus. Prickly and floral, tangy with a touch of salt, this beer is your ticket to an endless summer. Just be home by dark.
