Wai Ola, meaning "water of life" in Hawaiian, was precisely the vibe Head Brewer, Chris Wood was aiming to capture in developing this light, California style ale. This beer was meant to be easy drinking but packs tons of summer flavor, thanks to additions of not just coconut water, but roasted coconut flakes in multiple stages of the brewing process. Mahalo!

The forefathers of American brewing developed their craft from the German heritage of lagering, or cold conditioned beer. Wooden Teeth continues this tradition with a light malt base that utilizes corn and rice sugars, in addition to malted barley, to embed layers of crisp, grain flavors that are highlighted by a subtle spiciness imparted by German hops.

With all the clever sophistication of an English masterpiece, yet cloaked in enigmatic simplicity, Banksy is an expression of both praxis and paradox. With a toasty, biscuity intro complemented by a subtle sweetness at the end, it’s a riddle in a glass. Experience the balance. Embrace dissent. Have a Banksy.
Number 12 Black Currant Dry begins with aromatic notes of jam and rich black currant followed by a crisp, dry cider finish. Once considered the “forbidden fruit” due to a 100 year ban, the black currant is now experiencing a resurgence in America’s conscience. It pairs beautifully with locally grown apples by providing a tannic structure needed for depth and complexity. This is the cider that will change your perspective.
“If I had pockets on my shorts I’d carry one of these beers in each.” That’s what we want you to think after trying this beer for the first time. Chop Shop tastes like that one weird scene in Gone In 60 Seconds where they listen to Low Rider, but better. To make up for the lack of Nic Cage we decided to triple dry hop it and add a non-metric, non-literal ton of Citra hops. This beer totally makes up for our inability to afford a sweet, sweet Art Car.
Hoppy and refreshing with aroma to spare, Circle of Hops is a San Diego-style Pale Ale of the highest order. With a piquant malt backbone, bright appearance, and robust finish, it’s a lovely quaff for a sunny day. The San Diego of beers.
A Pulpit Rock Brewing Co. (Decorah, IA) / SingleSpeed Brewing Co. Collaboration
Brewing with the guys from Pulpit Rock is like taking a vacation. This time around our destination is the tropics. If you like Piña Coladas and/or getting caught in the rain you're probably gonna be feeling this beer. If you don't like either of those things, well that sucks for you. We still recommend ordering one.

A crisp and refreshing light lager.
Predominantly pale malt leaves little residual sweetness.
It uses corn as a subtle flavor enhancer, and gives the beer a smooth character.
Brewed with over 50% malted white wheat, pours with a hazy golden straw luster and a sturdy white head. Mild herbal and citrus notes float on the palette, while a bright lemony tartness and spicy coriander/citrus tones lead to a creamy yet dry finish laced with a kiss of sea saltiness.
Gable. One word can say so much. In our city, few words, if any, resonate with the force Gable does. In commemoration of his Olympic triumph (Munich - 1972) we’ve crafted a beer much more approachable than adversaries found Dan to be on the mat. Clean, crisp and GOLD. We can’t think of a more fitting tribute.
Quoth Hamlet to Ophelia... A style that rarely leaves the quiet halls of the Belgian monasteries where it is brewed, the single is an ale that Belgian monks traditionally keep for themselves. Our interpretation is for the common people—men and women alike—brewed with the finest malts of the region, using meticulous brewing methods worthy of a monastic brotherhood or Shakespearean sisterhood.
A refreshing twist to perfectly compliment this crisp and satisfying American IPA. Bright, spicy citrus hop bouquet up front, balanced with a distinct grapefruit character to add a welcome complexity and depth if flavor. It's all about the hops... and the grapefruit!
