Long hot Summer days call for crushable, light, refreshing beers; and that is exactly what Mango Crush is. The blend of pilsner and wheat malt, with a touch of honey malt, gives this beer a unique crisp mouth feel with subtle nuances of honey. The addition of natural mango leaves you reminiscing of biting into an über fresh mango in the sun, and leaves your palate with hints of sweet melon. 4.0% ABV

A hazy IPA brewed with a threesome of hops: Citra, Crystal and Mosaic. Bursting with citrus, grapefruit and orange flavors.

Our traditional FestBier, released in September, although we always hope it lasts into November. A well balanced trifecta of Pilsner, Munich, and Vienna malts lagered to crystal clear copper perfection. Our homage to the Reinheitsgebot and a great way to celebrate Oktoberfest.

“O’ ZAPFT IS!” Every year, the Mayor of Munich Kicks off Oktoberfest by tapping the first keg and then declaring “O’ZAPFT IS!” (Translation: “IT IS TAPPED!” ) And boy do they ever tap. Oktoberfest revelers have appetites like lions - consuming about 440,000 sausages and 1.75 Million gallons of beer. This session Marzen is perfect for prolonged revelry, with rich malty flavor and 4.6% alcohol for good times all day long.

American Wheat ale with real pineapple

Our traditional German-style Helles is a light lager with a crisp, clean maltiness and a slight floral hop note. Easy drinking and refreshing.

A full bodied amber ale with hints of toast and biscuit. A generous amount of American hops compliments this malt forward, garnet colored ale. It’s just good.

An American Red IPA made with a large amount of Rye Malt. Crystal Rye gives it it’s red color and slightly spicy maltyness. Large amounts of Columbus hops are added to the boil and the Dry Hop making a very hoppy brew.

A complex but very balanced IPA. This beer showcases rye and all its spiciness, and is complemented nicely with an incredible citrus and lemon aroma derived from the Lemon Drop hop. A smooth body and slightly herbal finish round this beer into a perfect little circle of amazingness. Am I Rye-ght?

When beer meets margarita…this salty, tart wheat beer is very reminiscent of a grapefruit margarita. A simple grain bill of pale malt and white wheat gives this kettle sour a nice body; yet, it is very light and refreshing. After the kettle souring process, we added pure pink Himalayan sea salt to the boil. Post fermentation we added loads of natural Ruby Grapefruit puree for some additional tartness and mild bitterness. As a result this light, crushable kettle sour will slightly pucker your lips, as the grapefruit flavor leads to a salty aftertaste. 5.4% ABV

A Dry Stout with hints of roasted malt and chocolate, toasty aroma, topped with a nice tan head.

This imperial oatmeal stout drinks rich, smooth, and warm. There is a robust chocolate and espresso aroma, which is followed by the smell of sweet oatmeal. This full bodied stout has a very creamy mouth feel which leaves bold flavors of fresh roasted coffee and cocoa. Enjoy sipping this dark, decadent beer slowly and enjoy the flavors and aromas. 9.0% ABV

Release #1 of our new sour program. Our first ever beer hitting bottles and being released exclusively out of our taproom, in wax dipped 750ml bottles. We began this barrel project with a blonde wheat beer, fermented with our house yeast, in stainless. After primary fermentation, we transferred the beer to the barrels where Funky Operator was aged; our natural/spontaneous fermented sour oatmeal stout. After six months in the barrel, we added peaches and apricots along with some additional lactobacillus for some more tartness and funk. After six more months of aging in the barrels, we pulled the beer off of the wood, and back into the tank for bottling. What we created, is a refreshing, perfectly balanced sour blonde. With some sour notes and funk on the nose, the beer starts off tart, with a mellow sourness and saltiness to finish on the pallet. Nuances of fresh orchard fruits balance out the tartness with a lingering flavor of fresh apricots. 5.2% ABV

A perfect beer for a laid-back afternoon with friends, this Wisconsin amber is smooth, malty and easy drinking.

Light in color yet full in flavor. An appropriate marriage of golden malts and perfectly roasted coffee from our friends at Ceremony Roasters. A hint of vanilla is added to recreate a White Russian worthy of The Dude's respect. Jailbreak abides!

Our Thursday IPA is an homage to our Thirsty Thursday tradition. Our rules required a new beer each Thursday to taste, dissect, and rate (we have the journals to prove it). But we hope you’ll enjoy this American IPA over and over. Brilliant gold with a dry, distinctive hop finish.
