White Wine BA Saison w/ Mango, aka "Mango on my Mind"

Part of our “Ism” series, featuring Huell Melon hops.

A British-style Mild Ale. Malty, toasty, and dark caramel up front with a balancing kiss of UK Fuggle hops for a floral, spicy finish.

The golden cloudy color of this beer contrasts with the thick white foam thanks to the malt of oats used. This double dryhopping American IPA contains large doses of 6 hops that generate a powerful aroma of flowers and citrus, on the one hand and bold flavors such as melon, apricot, pineapple and mandarin. All this is highlighted by a delicate base of countersunk malt. On the palate it has a medium-bodied body and carbonation and a slightly bitter resinous aftertaste.

It’s not an Anti-Christ or an anarchist, but it is one helluva smooth drinking porter. Beertender Tom chose to brew this Baltic Porter for winning the Joyride fantasy football league, and chose the name to pay homage to the famous punk rock album from the Sex Pistols. This black lager has characteristics of light cocoa, molasses, and star anise, as well as fruit flavors of raisins, plums, and red grapes. Now you know what you want & you know how to get it, but don’t destroy the passerby!

Just in time for the July 4th weekend, our newest micro seasonal release is Parker County Peach. PCP is a fruity and juicy beer with a mostly wheat base. We add fresh peaches and a little bit of Columbus hops to make this brew the perfect summertime treat.

Perception Shift by artifact cider project. Made with a mix of Euro and American Apples balanced with soft tannins, 6.0%. A very unique and hard to come by cider that was featured at the solid sound festival.

This White IPA showcases pleasant bitterness and distinct notes of American hops under a veil of intriguing kaffir lime aroma. Hints of coriander and bitter orange peel round up the aroma and flavor of this beer.

Copper colored Belgian ale that has soft fruity aromas reminiscent of pear and banana, subtle spicy flavors and a dry vinous finish. Aged for 8-12 months in a variety of red wine barrels.

Rocknrolla is a classic American Pale Ale with a distinct flavor, and a strong, aromatic and pungent kick. It owes its fresh citrusy aroma to a custom blend of five varieties of American hops, enhanced by bitter orange peel and lemon verbena notes.

Santiago is our take of the classic Mexican style lager. A beer style which owes it's origins to German settlers of the late 19th century. Craft brewed with an attention to detail, and using the highest quality ingedients. Pilsner Malt, Noble Hops and our own articanal spring water bring balance to the crisp balanced to the crisp balanced light lager. A beer for all occasions.

“Shadow Tail”, the literal translation of the Latin word from which “Squirrel” is derived, provided inspiration to name this rich, nutty beer. The richness comes from the blend and use of Marris Otter, Biscuit, and Brown malts along with flaked oats for a creamy mouth feel. Use of roasted Georgia pecans takes this Northern English style brown ale to new heights without overpowering the malt and hops characters. Fuggles and EKG hops provide the balance and traditional profile found in great brown ales.
