Our refreshing collaboration with Frothy Beard Brewing Co. in Charleston, SC is the perfect combination of a salty sour Gose mingled with the right amount of spicy & peppery heat from locally sourced and grown jalapeño peppers. It is oak fermented and soured with Lactobacillus isolated by SouthYeast Labs.

Total Germanation is an American Strong Ale brewed with Peter Simpson of Simpson's Malt and Chris German of Brewers Supply Group as a showcase for massive malt character and flavors of roasty malt, dark chocolate, and dark fruit.

This 6.7% traditional German-style Bock features big toasty, dark bready malt character with just a hint of bitterness to balance. The mid-palate is malty without being sugary sweet and leads to a clean finish without significant bitterness or astringency. This beer has won back-to-back GABF Gold Medals and is the only beer in the country to have that distinction!

Caramel Apple Tripel combines the fruity caramel character of traditional Belgian-style Tripels with dried apple and brown sugar sweetness.

Named for a medieval Scottish sword, CLAYMORE SCOTCH ALE is our tribute to the legendary “Wee Heavy” beers of Scotland. This malty, deep-ruby beauty features lots of caramel sweetness, a reserved hop profile, and a subtle warming character. Unlike its namesake, this beer only requires one hand, but it’ll still make you feel like nobility.

This 8% ABV German-style Doppelbock features a rich, full malty flavor profile with just enough hops to balance the finish. This beer is very malt forward without being sugary sweet. The finish is smooth and very clean with minimal hints of alcohol.

Rich malty notes of chocolate, caramel and roasted malt. Fuggles hops provide a light bitterness and balance the malt with a subtle earthy, floral character.

7% ABV; 65 IBU; west-coast style IPA This IPA was the first beer we brewed at Torn Label. A straight forward west-coast style IPA. Lots of juicy and piney hops with a simple malt profile to keep the balance toward the hops. Originally brewed as a test batch never to be brewed again, but everyone’s love of IPA has brought it back! HERCULES DOUBLE IPA is not for the faint of heart. It is, however, fit for the gods. HERCULES delivers a huge amount of hops from start to finish. Its hefty backbone of nutty, malty sweetness balances its aggressive hop profile.

This 10% ABV Imperial Porter includes a substantial portion of cold steeped Kona and Sumatran coffees. Our process minimizes the acrid, roasty character sometimes imparted by coffee leaving a delicious coffee flavor with background complex dark malt character. Like our other dark beers, we have modified the water to leave a soft malt finish.

Classic german lager (Munich Helles)

Brewed with loads of Mosaic and Simcoe hops, all added on the cold side of the brewing process. The result is an abundance of rich, juicy hop flavor and aroma, with very little bitterness. This beer is over the line!
