Perfection.......modest bunch aren't we! This pale ale is our session beer and is perfect for the sunday afternoon in the pub or round at a mates place with fish and chips. This beer is a take on Britain’s traditional beer styles, styles that Andy is incredibily passionate about, and is best described as an English Pale Ale. Four malts produce the beer’s rich amber hue and biscuity, toffeeish and nutty flavours, while our London ale yeast contributes its own tart, berry-like signature. Resiny hops then cleanse the palate and dominate the beer’s emphatic finish.

A Scotch Ale/Porter hybrid. Oak aged. Hints of vanilla, oak, smoke, roast, and caramel.

Sweet, spicy clove, honey esters of banana and orange peel. Brewed using local honey.

Oatmeal Milk Stout.

Sour Double IPA. Medium body, sour/citrus aroma, tart and hoppy finish. Hazy orange. Pils, mild ale, pale crystal, and caramelized malts. Simcoe, CTZ, Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo, Lemondrop, Columbus, Pacific Jade, and Citra hops. Lactobacillus and California ale yeast.

Berliner style weisse ale with passionfruit added.

Originally brewed as a one off beer for use through a beer engine, Voyager is now being relaunched as a carbonated IPA on tap and in 500ml bottles. Inspired by the boldly hoppy Ales of old that were exported from Britain to the furthest corners of her vast and glorious empire, Voyager I.P.A. is a rich satisfying Ale with an emphatic hop bite. We brew this beer with pale ale malt from Canterbury, and small additions of European specialty malts to yield a malt base on which to build its hop edifice. We generously hop it with two Kiwi hop varieties for bitterness then finish it with Fuggles (as a nod to I.P.A.’s British origin) and New Zealand bred Riwaka hops for a spicy floral finish. The result is an ale that will coat your palate with hops and it you will leave you in no doubt that you have had a beer! It is just as good carbonated and chilled as it was when it was flat and warm!

True to its name, this flavor flies proud and strong, especially during summertime. It’s a very easy-to-drink dark lager and features a “three color” character: low bitterness, rich chocolate and roasted caramel. This combination is a rare find among commercial beers. The yeast further enhances the malty richness, and the finish is nice and smooth.

Brandenburg is a tart, fruity, light, fresh and sharp beer with German origin. Germans tend to add fruit syrup in this style of beer to make it sweeter. This is an unfiltered beer and there may be sediments in the bottle

We tried to create a perfect session IPA, one that you could drink tons of. At the beach, at a barbecue, or hey, even at work. So we tested it out at first on a few dozen people. Shockingly, after just a few pints, they started shouting nonsense and punching each other senseless. And still drinking beer at the same time! Hard to figure out why that happened, but it might be because of the New Zealand hops. That’s pretty much their national sport, right?! So if you’re planning on having a “session”, be sure to have some bandages handy. Not just for the day after, mind you!
