A red hoppy ale developed in honor of Hangar 24’s hometown of Redlands, CA, as the city celebrates its 125th anniversary. A multi-faceted American hop aroma, coupled with pleasant crystal malt balance. Additional Information: Redlands has always been the home of Hangar 24 and has grown many of the ingredients in our beers. We would not be who we are without this remarkable city. Summer beckons and so does Wheelhound. Wheat and Pilsner malts combine with a handful of specialty malts and American hops to form a tartly refreshing American wheat. This unique version of our monstrous Yeti Imperial Stout is aged for at least 12 months in whiskey barrels. The spirited aging process produces a hugely complex but mellowed Yeti, with its signature roasted flavors, hints of vanilla and oak, and a whiskeyed finish. Who says you can’t tame a beast?

After the never ending battle between the hop heads and sour lovers we decided to appease the two. Using Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand and Citra from the Pacific North West this mixed fermentation brew is juicy, sour and extremely refreshing. Nelson adds a white grape and passion fruit base while Citra explodes on the nose with lime, lychee and grapefruit. Sour & hops in perfect, thirst quenching, melody!

Goliad Stout is a luxurious sweet stout with the enticing bouquet of malted milk. The body laces the tongue with silky smooth chocolate and vanilla leading into a decadent yet satisfying sweet cream finish.

First, the beer. This beer has a huge tropical fruit aroma. The potent floral hop flavor is dominated by citrus and pine contributed by Mosaic and Crystal hops. You'll also taste smooth caramel, toasty biscuit, and graham cracker flavors from the Munich and Crystal malts, with a yeast-derived dry and fruity finish. Next the name. Monkeysphere? Really? It's a reference to the pioneering work of anthropologist Robin Dunbar focused on social relationships in primates. He posits a limit to the number of stable relationships a monkey (or man) can maintain - jokingly called your "monkeysphere." And we'd be honored to be a part of your monkeysphere.

When you're really stuck, it's 77 South. Our Hoppy Pale Ale is brewed with German Pilsner Malt, Caracrystal Wheat Malt, and Oats. Slightly bitterer with German Magnum and Amarillo Hops, then lightly dry hopped with a newer hop variety, Idaho 7. Its profile consists of “orange and apricot with hints of black tea,” “fruity, tropical, and light citrus,” and “ripe papaya and marmalade.”

Broken Clouds is a Double IPA that has waged war on the sweet and malty Double IPA's of the world. First appearance you'll see that it is every bit as pale as a traditional Lager, with a thin white cap of head sticking to the glass like the soon to be hop resins sticking to your palate. Approaching without caution could be disastrous, take a sniff and notice how the hop aroma grabs you by the sinuses and pulls you face first into the glass. Don't take a sip, take a gulp and revel in its unadulterated juicy and fruity nature. As dry and crisp as a Double IPA has ever been, the notes of pineapple, honeydew melon, grapefruit, and starfruit rain down on the palate leaving it drenched in hop perfection. With abnormally low bitterness and malt character, unparalleled dryness and hop aroma; Broken Clouds is a Double IPA upon itself residing on the corner of Crushable Court and Aroma Avenue.
