Curiosity Thirty Eight was imagined as a beer fit for discovery with an intense hop saturation yet light drinking presentation. Fermented with our classic house yeast and imparted with character from a blend of our favorite Vic Secret, Galaxy, and Citra hops, it exhibits flavors and aromas of passion fruit , juicy pineapple, and mango. A soft body and ample mouthfeel contribute to a beer that is both well rounded and extremely flavorful. We hope it can serve as a valuable companion to personal discovery.

Hop Disciples – Rotating Hop Project takes a bright, clean IPA and puts a different hop variety at the forefront of the sensory experience every year. The inaugural release features Idaho 7, which shows up punching with aromas of orange zest and1 stone fruit complemented by a hint of black tea leaves in an uncharacteristic element of subtlety. Hop Disciples may look tough on the outside, but with its golden blonde hue and approachable 6.2% ABV, we promise it’s a lover not a fighter.

The third iteration in our Life In Technicolor series, is beer pops with notes of tropical fruit, pine and citrus. We brew this beer with a soft malt base consisting of a large amount of wheat to help provide a round mouthfeel and body. Over 10 lbs per barrel of blood orange zest and juice were added for a refreshing citrusy taste. Bittered slightly with Columbus we then hit this beer with a heavy dry-hopping consisting of Mosaic, El Dorado and Simcoe. It's like orange juice in a glass. Pilsner, 2-Row, Flaked Wheat, Wheat Malt, Acidulated Malt Columbus, Mosaic, El Dorado, Simcoe 65 IBU

Nashville Festbier is a traditional Märzen style lager that was featured at the first Oktoberfest in 1810 and is deep amber in color. Märzen (German for the month of March) biers were traditionally brewed in the spring and lagered (stored) during the summer months. Before the advent of refrigeration, German brewers would dig cellars and fill them with ice from nearby lakes and rivers. The ice would keep the beer cool during the summer months.

Barrel-aged Raspberry & Blueberry Sour In the analog age of music, artists recorded take after take, experimenting with new sounds until a great record emerged. Our Alternate Takes series offers a peek into our iterative & creative R&D process, where each batch is celebrated as its own off-centered hit. Alternate Takes #5 is our fruit-forward sour beer rounded by tartness & hints of vanilla & oak. This beer started as a blonde ale fermented with raspberries & aged in red wine barrels with brettanomyces & lactobacillus before being blended & additionally aged with insane amounts of blueberry. The mild brett funk plays well off the bright berry character which is balanced by a soft lactic sourness.
