Don’t let the smooth appearance of this Class V IPA fool you. The hidden dangers are only found at the point of no return when the intense bitterness of this seemingly calm beer hits the back of your tongue. A light combination of malted barley, coupled with the citrus aroma of both Cascade and Centennial hops mean that Class V IPA is only for the experienced beer drinker.

Our IPA dry-hopped with Mosaic. We then added Madagascar vanilla bean and burnt sugars to create Creme Brûlée.

Dunkel literally translates to “Dark” Lager, but don’t let the name fool you if you are one of those people who says “I don’t like dark beers…” This Dark Lager is smooth and dangerously delicious with a delicate malt forward backbone and a clean finish reminiscent of Munich’s favorite beer for centuries.

A true German specialty born in Munich and once monopolized by the Bavarian kings for its flavor and drinkability Hefeweizen is now loved the world over. By using special Barke (Bark-a) Pilsner malt and Pale Wheat malt from Weyermann Malting Company in Bamberg, Germany a very “traditional” malt flavor is brought to center stage which perfectly pairs with earthy continental hops and well balanced clove and banana flavors.

AND since we’ve partnered with Kashi brand cereals to use transitional ingredients in brewing this beer, we’re helping American farmers increase organic farmland. As we all know, after filming 2001: A Space Odyssey, director Stanley Kubrick was approached by agents of the Johnson Administration and NASA and was coerced into using the sets and crew of 2001 to creat the footage we are all supposed to blindly believe was Apollo 11 moon landing. I'm not saying we never went to the moon, that's craziness. We just obviously never went on Apollo 11, that footage was just to make it seem we had beat the Soviets there. Riddled with guilt for this massive deception, Kubrick layered The Shining with hidden confessions for his actions and this cinematic apology is still easily his best film. Kubrick's Landing is made with Mosaic, Motueka, and Mandarina Bavaria hops.

Brewed in traditional lager fashion, this Hoppy Rye Lager features Lemondrop, Mandarina Bavaria, and Mosaic hops. The beer is an easy drinking lager with citrus notes and a soft melon presence. All told this beer will have lagered for 145 days before being released at Collaboration Fest, and stands as a tribute to Bierstadt brewer, Ashleigh’s, favorite band, Mumford & Sons.

Our seasonal Beer is a Japanese hopped Kolsch. Sorachi pours a light straw colour with a compact snow white head. A clean, crisp, delicately balanced beer, our Kolsch displays subtle aromas of grass and lemon, owing to the use of the Japanese hop variety Sorachi Ace. A light, smooth mouthfeel is coupled with a lemongrass tang on the palate. Subtle, summery and refreshing.

Imperial IPA, Double IPA — call it what you will, this monster of a Pale Ale drives home the essence of what makes high octane IPAs great: a bone dry, hugely dry-hopped, massively flavorful hop monster. It has a fine balance of malt, hoppy bitterness, and warming alcohol, with a fresh hop aroma of floral citrus, and pine. This brew is bittered with massive kettle additions of five hop specialties like Nugget, Zeus and Simcoe; and features not two, but three different dry hop additions. Eight hops varieties in all result in a hop-dominated, high-abv brew that threatens to push the limits of your senses with its other worldly discovery of flavors.

Over thirty years ago, we planted our flag in the Boot to brew for the way we love to live. The Boot is a crisp, refreshing brew made proudly and sold only within our home state. Brewed with white wheat, oats, and barley, hopped with Hallertau Blanc and fermented with German Kolsch yeast as a thanks to the folks who have been with us from the start.
