American Amber Ale. Formerly known as Amberet.

This English-style pub ale is sessionable with a lower 5.1% ABV. Publicans are British pub owners who make sure your glass stays full. Perfect for those late night conversations about politics and the world at large, it will keep your mind sharp and your palate happy. It has a floral nose, the body is malty, and has a crisp finish. Hopped with East Kent Goldings and Fuggles.

And this is a pretty super tasting beer with rich, full passion fruit, pineapple and mixed berry flavor. This all Mosaic hop favorite pops up throughout the year and fits well into any season.

Throat Charmer is an Australian slang term for a beer. After a hot dusty day working in the outback, a throat charmer will sort you out! This American-style Double IPA is loaded with hops and it will charm you from the first swallow. It's mouthwatering, crisp and clean tasting. Top shelf Citra and Amarillo hops give it citrus character, and the piney resinous aroma and flavor.

Our Vienna Lager is a beer first made by our brewer, Tim, for his wedding. Amber to copper in color and brewed with Vienna malt, it’s soft in character with a subtle bitterness and a toasty, dry finish.

Coconut Killer is the first in our Valhalla Series, which is basically all the weird stuff our brewers dream up and want to try so we let them brew what they want. Based on a hazy, New England Style IPA, Coconut Killer starts with the juicy, tropical fruit flavors from loads of Mosaic & Mandarina Bavaria hops, and then gives way to the rich vanilla and toasted coconut that were added in abundance. It’s also brewed with loads of oats and lactose sugar to give it a ridiculously smooth, creamy body.

Classic Belgian yeast provides a balance of fruity and spicy notes to compliment the herbal hops in a smooth, dry golden strong ale.

A contemporary interpretation on the classic American IPA. Hazy and full of fruit. Hopped with Mosaic, Citra, Simcoe, and Sorachi Ace.

Honey and rye malt really add a great take on the pale ale style. Nicely balanced with Amarillo hops and finishes very clean.

Marie-Ange (1907 - 1996) is our maternal great-grandmother, fondly remembered as Mémé. Born in Quebec, she emigrated to the Northeast Kingdom with her husband Edward J. Fournier. In her honor, we brew a beautifully soft, Unfiltered and naturally carbonated German-style Helles. Lightly hazy, naturally carbonated and truly enjoyable, this is the beer we dream to have shared with Marie.
