A dry hopped, not bitter, sour ale with a pleasant citrusy tartness and a wonderful aromatic hoppy finish.

Tragically Hopped is designed and brewed as a “classic” Double IPA. We use a blend of Centennial, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, at a whopping 3 pounds per barrel in the kettle, and another 3 pounds per barrel as dry hops.We left the crystal malt out of this one, and instead used a combination of Munich and Wheat malt, along with cane sugar to keep the finish clean and dry.

Pre-Prohibition Series, historic reconstructed recipe from the Robert Portner Brewing Company which operated in Alexandria, VA from 1869 - 1916. The second of Robert Portner’s two flagship beers bearing the same name. This beer is an interpretation of a lager first brewed in Vienna but then traveled to the United States with German and Austrian immigrants. Aptly named Vienna and Munich malts accent both body and bright copper color. Hints of dark fruit and toffee linger.

We invited Beavertown, who are at the very pinnacle of UK craft breweries, to a collaborative brewday. On a pre-dawn voyage of discovery with London's finest we stumbled into daybreak and uncovered renewed purpose with this imperial stout. Riffing on the theme of how to kick-start those early mornings brewers find themselves battling against, this beer is a smoke and caffeine-themed heavyweight aged in three different whisky casks. Each of those casks brings its own element into play – the peaty Islay, oaky vanilla Bourbon and spicy Rye all having an input. With molasses, caramel, raisin and mocha notes this beer is dry, peaty and roasty and will charge your glassware and soul both.

Cuvée de Vélo is an American wild ale blended from barrels ranging six months to 3 years in age. We held back select barrels of the same wort composition, each with unique characteristics derived from their respective maturity and Brett, Pedio, and Lacto cultures. This distinctive blend has a vibrant, golden hue, tasting notes of soft French oak, citrus, white peach, and a rounded mellow acidity with a palate-cleansing finish.

Heaps of hops! Tropical and grapefruit aroma and flavor from Citra meld beautifully with lemon-lime and nectar fruit from New Zealand Motueka. Wheat and Pilsner malt keep the body light and refreshing so the hops can express themselves.
