For this crystal clear juice-master we utilize incredibly easily attained hop varieties of Mosaic lupulin powder, Mosaic, Simcoe and Columbus. Come on in at your own leisure because this beer is so incredibly unlimited that our brewers will give you finger guns and a wink just before they mash in a new batch.

Dayglow IPA :: Another Manic Lupululu! This is a beer with the insistent beat of hops, as driving and inevitable as a Full Moon party in Haad Rin. It drips with tropical, sunshiny Mosaic, and twinkles with touches of Eldorado and Centennial. A touch of wheat hazes the malt bill a bit around the edges, and the IBUs are stuck in the mid-sixties. 6.5% ABV.

A single hop IPA brewed with Mosaic hops. It’s a very juicy IPA, heavily dosed with hops late in the boil and then double dry hopped achieving a plethora of fruity notes & flavors. On the nose and in your palate you’ll get oranges, tangerines, pineapples, and papayas.

Imperial version of El Chavo. A cider fermented in tequila barrels, agave added to boost alcohol with double the mangos & habenaros of a traditional El Chavo.

Easy drinking pale ale showcasing chinook and simcoe hops. Earthy, piney, and a bright citrus nose.

A Belgian Witbier with peach puree and natural peach flavoring added. A crisp and bright beer with a light body. Mild bready notes lend to the refreshing fruit flavor and aroma of the peach. The hop bill is mild but necessary for balance.

A wheat ale, this American version of a German classic Hefe Weizen, rich golden color, cloudy and unfiltered. Heff boasts aromas of banana and clove derived from straining the German yeast. Balanced malt character and hop bitterness, this ale is bursting with refreshing flavor for those hot summer days.

The first offering in the "Immortal Ten Series". This series honors and remembers the 10 students and staff from Baylor University who lost their lives when their bus was struck by a train on a rainy night near downtown Round Rock in 1927 en route to a game in Austin. Limited releases of the beers in this series will be available only at the brewery. This Imperial Stout is dedicated to James Clyde "Abe" Kelley. Regarded as one of the heroes of that night, Abe saved the life of his friend and teammate at the expense of his own life. Deep, dark and rich. This beer is loaded with black and chocolate malts to give it the jet black appearance and dark chocolate flavor. The full body and slick mouthfeel come courtesy of a generous helping of malted wheat and flaked oats. These characteristics work together to conceal the high alcohol content of 10% ABV. Sip it slowly and let it warm up a bit for even more aroma and flavor.

Dank hop aromatics of lemon, pine, & stone fruit. Full body roasted malts with umami notes from Sesame Seeds. An over stimulation of hops, but we would not want it any other way. It's not enough. We need more. Nothing seems to satisfy. We don't want it. We just need it. One great big distraction to keep you occupied. Just don't call us pessimists. Try and read between the lines.

An American IPA with low bitterness, fresh green vegetable flavor, and a slight heat from the jalapenos.

Haze craze! Hazy pale ale with sweet citrus, tangerine, grapefruit, and delicate herbal notes that packs a pillowy body with low bitterness and a round, sudsy finish.

Citra, chinook, cascade, and calypso hops. Very tasty! Nice and balanced.

Black IPAs, also known as Cascadian Darks, are the new darling of the craft beer world. If you like hoppy beers, this is a nice alternative to a traditional IPA. We’ve added some rye to the grain bill for added interest and it is hopped with Summit and Chinook.
