Huge Citrus Hazy Pale
Inspired by the hazy beers that all you kids are going crazy for these days, our brewer Sho started working on this recipe over a year ago. He had never tasted a North East Pale but decided to brew something similar. After some experimentation he landed on using typical North West hops and leaving out the oats commonly used in that style. Those decisions leave us with a very juicy, well balanced beer with a lighter body than it's North East cousins. Huge Citrus gets a massive addition of Cascade and Mosaic late in the brew, and is then dry-hopped with copious amounts of Cascade and Mosaic hops while the yeast is still active, leaving a Huge Citrus aroma and flavour - notes of tropical fruit, stone fruit, orange, grapefruit & pomelo. We used Sacc Trois yeast to ferment this beer to really increase the juicyness, hazyness and to add a bit of funk. This medium to light bodied beer is very well balanced, juicy, not sweet and VERY crushable.

Jongleur
Amid bursts of confetti & music, the Juggler entertains us with a handful of oranges. As the oranges rise & fall, the planets revolve in the universe, babies are born, & the old pass on. Jongleur – our silky bodied, spicy & aromatic Wit – infuses any moment with a spark of joy. A glass of this bright & refreshing beer reminds us of the juggler’s simple lesson: to take pleasure in both the big & the small things in life.

Good Call
Temperatures start rising in spring and are blistering by summer. We all have methods for staying cool, but nothing beats the heat better than a crisp and refreshing beer. We crafted Good Call to demonstrate.
Our summer ale features Hopsteiner experimental hop 06297, Amarillo, Nugget and a touch of ginger that complements the beer’s malt bill. A generous amount of white wheat adds a slight sweetness and provides a medium body typical of the style.
The blending of hops create aromas of lemon peel, citrus and fresh berries. Accents of vanilla round it out. The combination of ginger and citrusy hops creates a crisp bite that quickly fades into a round sweetness. As carbonation is released on the palate, you’ll experience flavors of orange peel and grapefruit while ginger and Nuggets provide a gentle spice in the background.
Good Call is exactly what the name implies, a positive reinforcement of your superior decision. Make a Good Call.

Illusion of Safety
Fresh Raspberry, Slight Saltiness, Tart, Clean Finish.
The Illusion of Safety? ...Or should we say the mirage that is our existence? Day in and day out, never deviating from the numbing routine of eat | work | sleep | repeat. Living in complete delusion that material possessions matter. That money, power, and status denote our individual worth. Battling the constant gravitation toward the inevitable; our empty luggage of a carcass - void of meaning, strewn across a deserted highway. The shell we once knew, now a home for the carrion birds.

James E. Pepper 1776 American Brown Ale

James E. Pepper brewed an American Brown Ale and aged it in oak barrels. The Ale was aged in the same oak barrels in which James E. Pepper recently aged their 1776 Straight Rye Whiskey. The Ale is a deep, dark brown ale, that, when served, could be mistaken for a stout. The taste is sweet with coffee, vanilla and oak notes shining through. The rye comes through a bit on the finish.
