This American Sour Ale is brewed with Peterson’s Pilsner malt and 600 pounds of organic strawberries from Adam’s Berry Farm. Light, refreshing and wonderfully sour!
This Bavarian wheat beer has the traditional banana and clove flavors with the toasted grain character from torrified wheat and white wheat malts. A touch of Crystal hops finish this refreshing summer staple.
At first glance, Circus Boy’s German freund, Zirkus Boy, appears to be Circus Boy’s delicious doppelgänger - unfiltered, unfettered and unmatched in his liquid jest. However, upon further inspection, pronounced German Hefeweizen yeast esters of banana and clove are present as they swing over the slightest hint of lemongrass.
Dear Wooden Robot Fans,
We never decided, at least I think, what “A-O, River!” means. Forgive us, but, you know, you’ve forgiven us before for not getting it right. At least we had a good time. This beer is really life-changing. Hopefully we’ll see you in the near future.
Yours,
Wooden Robot, King River.
Ha, ha. You know what we mean…..
Turns out it is a Grapefruit IPA.

Hops, hops, hops! We try to bring something a little different to the table with our IPA. We use English malts to form a solid backbone for a wonderful combination of hops to ride on. Our IPA receives mostly late-addition hops and a heavy dry hopping to give you a profile that will knock your socks off.
Tart, Juicy, and full of sunshine!!! The freshly pureed blood oranges meld perfectly with a proprietary Lactobacillus blend. The sweetness of the oranges and the tartness of the beer result in a refreshing and smooth flavor that will keep you opening one after another. With every sip picture yourself basking by the sea and drinking the sunshine’s tears of joy.
With an IBU of 26, this refreshing ale is hoppy but not especially bitter, balanced with full malt character from three malts and three hops, including our Cricketers Arms signature Amarillo hops.
For this Double IPA we tracked down some of the rarest and most sought after hops. Mosaic, Citra, Mandarina Bavaria, Waimea, and Calypso hops create layers of cuicy and tropical fruit flavors. Oats and wheat soften the body of the beer allowing the hops to shine.
With sixteen in the clip and one in the hole Eastside Motel is a Double IPA that will glide and swerve across your palate with the silky sounds of Citra and Blanc hops with no fear of repercussion. An all out attack of hop aroma kicks you in the mouth with huge notes of orange peel, Pinot Grigio wine grape, and mango-guava; resulting in a Double IPA that could be a flavor of Mad Dog 20/20. A chewy but light body rolls down your tongue like a Cadillac on bags, packed to the brim with juicy hops hanging their arms out the windows with rings and Rolex in safe keeping. With a nose that packs a blast like a gunshot, just sit back and enjoy the flow Citra provides with the perfect soulful accompaniment by Blanc.
Our Belgian-style Dark Ale is inspired by traditional Abbey ales to deliver the richest roasted malt flavors. Dual-yeast fermentation, spicy hops, and the addition of Muscovado brown sugar provide increased complexity and depth of flavor which effortlessly combine to present a delicious, balanced brew with a velvety smooth texture that pleases the palate.
Our take on a rarely-seen classic. Start with one of our favorite lagers and add a boat-load of Mandarina Bavaria hops. A fine balance is struck between hoppy and refreshing.
A very dark, full-bodied, roasty, malty ale with a complementary oatmeal flavor. full body, smooth, silky, sometimes an almost oily slickness from the oatmeal. Creamy. Medium to medium-high carbonation. on nitro.
Infused with prickly pear cactus fruit, this precocious cider leads with aromas of fig nectar, watermelon, and an unbelievable fuchsia color derived solely from the prickly pear. This is nature's way of saying 'yum!'
American-born hops Mosaic, Citra, Chinook, & Centennial meet an American military icon. This easy-drinking American Pale Ale named to honor the renowned US 32nd Division was brewed in collaboration with the UW-Madison Department of Food Science.
Slurm Lord is a double New England style India Pale Ale brewed with oats and a blend of Citra, Azacca, Amarillo, Galazy, and Mosaic hops. We’re excited to say that the brewing of Slurm Lord employs the largest dry hop to date in SBC history! Deep orange in color with a permanent haze and a minimal head, a glass of Slurm Lord resembles a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. Aromas of dank passion fruit, mango, and pineapple are accompanied by bold flavors of citrus. This medium-bodied India Pale Ale is incredibly juicy from start to finish. A final sip leads into a slight, warming bitterness.
Strong, malty and smooth we honor one of the five patron Saints of brewing with this huge beer. Made from premium German pilsner malt and german specialty malts, this beer demands respect and time to reflect upon the complexity of its origins.
A beer with hundreds of pounds of fresh Raspberries can only be considered the perfect beer for Summer, right? Right. Beckoning for friends, beer gardens, and sunshine, “Summerly” will aid in the process of forgetting Winter because Winter is the absolute worst thing ever. Brewed with three different kinds of wheat and 2-row malt from the good ol’ US of A, this wheat ale will refresh even the thirstiest of palates.
Fun-loving and full of life.
Just like the little girl this beer is a tribute to, you won’t be able to stop smiling once you’ve tasted our
A3, which is made using a combination of pale and crystal malt and gives this beer a malty finish with
subtle notes of caramel and toffee.

A classic Doppelbock, brewed with 100% Munich Malt for a dark copper color and a caramel note on the palate. We add Mosaic hops, then lager for more than six weeks to bring it to full maturity. Smooth and refreshing, it's the perfect lager to welcome Spring. Prosit!
A barrel blended American Stout brewed with a copious amount
of chocolate malt, roasted barley, and rolled oats before resting
in Heaven Hills Bourbon barrels for 1 year. This beer fuses notes
of roasted coffee and cacao nibs with an earthy bitterness
provided by Willamette and Chinook hops to balance the finish.
Deep, dark and delightful.
Camryn can be a little hard to read sometimes, but similar to our signature Porter, you’ll find a blend of the best of everything. Our Robust Porter is brewed with roasted malt flavors from a blend of maris, wheat, chocolate and crystal malts. You’ll find notes of chocolate and caramel blended along with some hop bitterness.
A happy-go-lucky pale.
The CPA is a medium-bodied American Pale Ale that’s a little bit floral and a little bit fruity. Our Pale Ale is brewed using maris otter and crystal malts and cascade hops for medium bitterness. We’ve named this after our son Carson, who’s a bit of a math wiz, earning him the CPA nickname.
The origins of this beer started in 2015, when we were at the peak of summer heat and brewing Redbud Berliner Weisse. Our brewers had taken to making kegs of cucumber water to keep the crew hydrated and survive the summer heat. It didn't take long to discover that blending the Redbud and cucumber water created an amazing flavor and inspired a new beer.
The basis of the beer is Redbud Berliner Weisse, which has a tart and lemony profile. The cucumber addition is present in the cool and clean aroma of this beer. It cuts some of the lactic tartness of the Berliner Weisse and delivers a lingering cucumber flavor on the finish, creating a truly unique beer.
Subtle, but incredible.
Welcome to your gateway drug to craft beer. Named after our oldest son, Jackson’s Fish Taco is a light, refreshing, easy-drinking Lager with just a little bit of lime zest and pink Himalaya sea salt. We brew our lager with rice and 2-row malt and an organic harvest yeast.
