Our Light American cream ale is crisp and bright. It has a soft malty nose to it with subtle hints of Willamette hops. Light in body, it features a subtle malt flavor, slight kick of the hops and a clean dry finish. This is great gateway brew for introducing those into the wonderful world of craft beer.

Remember the first time you went left when logic and everyone else told you to go right? When you looked down the road that would safely take you to exactly the same place it always did, and you chose another path? That’s what Really Cool Waterslides is all about: choosing a dream. Looking uncertainty in the eye and whispering menacingly, “Let’s dance.” Once the decision was made to open the brewery, we knew there could be no more appropriate a name for our founding beer than Really Cool Waterslides. We also knew that it had to be worthy of the name. Its smooth malt profile lets the hops do the talking. We combined four hop varieties over a ninety minute boil in six separate additions It’s complex and intricate, yet completely accessible - a labor of love to be shared with the world. It confirmed what we already knew - that it’s always better to forgo fame, fortune, and stability in pursuit of some Really Cool Waterslides.

Samuel Adams Rebel Grapefruit IPA is the newest addition to the Rebel family of IPAs, which are brewed to showcase a wide range of hop intensities and characteristics. Rebel Grapefruit is brewed with real grapefruit for a big punch of citrus that amplifies the tropical fruit and citrus notes of one of the Sam Adams brewers’ favorite West Coast hops, Mosaic.

Second cousin to the Earl of Sandwich, these two loved trying to one-up each other with their unconventional combinations. While the Earl is best known for combining meat and bread, Kent thankfully went another direction and created a unique amber ale. True to his name, Kent took a Belgian Abbey Single, upped the ABV and added some rye malt to create an amber ale unlike any that came before it. As you take a sip, the Belgian yeast and rye malt dance on your tongue. The sweetness of the Belgian yeast hits first, but is quickly balanced against the forward flavors of the rye malt. As you swallow, you are left with a clean palate, ready to experience it all over again.

Bursting with bright citrus and tropical fruit notes of apricot and tangerine, with hints of pine and a slight resinous character, this brew brings a lighter-bodied sibling to our Rebel family of IPAs. This IPA finishes with just enough subtle bitterness to bring you back for another sip.

A beautiful Pale Ale made in partnership with The Roots of Music Foundation. This American Pale Ale has a medium-light body and a blend of Citra, Cascade, and Simcoe hops to give it a blast of citrus notes on the nose and palate. A portion of the proceeds for Rebirth Pale Ale go to The Roots of Music Foundation to help provide instruments and music lessons to the children of New Orleans. Available in 12oz. cans and on Draft.

A uniquely complex and flavorful amber ale. French oak and rye malt lend to a well-rounded body with delicate undertones of toasted bread, spice, and subtle vanilla. We set out to show a new light onto the amber style with this beer, and to reclaim it back from the ordinary.

Our standard West Coast IPA with the unusual suspects in the aroma hops. Light malt bill and balanced hop additions give this it’s beautiful flavor.

Crystal malt gives this medium bodied ale its pleasant and refreshing flavor. Cluster and Willamette hops are introduced at various times during the brewing process to provide bitterness, flavor, and aroma.

A hybrid of several “Red” beer styles, this is a malt forward beer that is crimson in color and full flavored. This beer has prominent notes of Caramel, Toffee and Brown Sugar while a modest amount of English hop varieties add light floral and earthy notes to balance out the full malt character.

A delicious red ale...for those who like it on the milder side.

This ale is made with a special roast of caramel malt, which gives it a lovely red hue and subtle caramel flavor. A large amount of hops is added late to the kettle and the fermentor, giving this beer a wonderful floral nose with hints of nectar and citrus carrying through to the palette.

A superior traditional red ale. Break through a balmy heavy cream head to a fruit filled characterful mouth, poised over caramel notes derived from deep roasted malts and not burnt sugar-like artificial additives.

Our take on a German style alt bier. Alt designates “old” which means an ale brewed and aged for extended conditioning to take on characteristics of a lager. Our take on alt bier is to amp up the hop profile to help celebrate the eastern Washington hop growing area and the impact on the world brewing community. Keeping the malt profile sweet makes this one work. This was a GABF Gold medal winner in 2014. Can we repeat? We sure hope so! The hops include Tettnanger and Pearle.

This beer is a classic beer known for its malt character. Pour it into the glass and marvel at the deep red color achieved by a combination of specialty dark roasted malts. This beer is lightly hopped so that the complex malt flavors can be enjoyed.

A robust, red ale deriving its hue and rich, roasted caramel character from ample additions of Crystal malts which are balanced by copious Cascade hopping.

The first beer ever brewed here is made with 2 row pale malt, both 40 lovebond and 80 lovebond crystal malts for a rounded smoothness and a touch of chocolate malt for added complexity. Moderately hopped with Pacific Northwest Cascades.

There is a lot of malt in this Red ale, five different types of Caramel, Munich, Chocolate and 2 Row Pale Malts. This gives it an assertive caramel flavor. It is well balanced with high hop bitterness from Chinook Hops and with Hallertau and Sazz hops for flavor and aroma. Reddish in color.

Gritty McDuff 's Red Claws Ale is a what the Brits call a fine session beer: a smooth ale, not too strong and full of flavor. Red Claws Ale has a dark red-amber color; a full, round malt palate; nutty and roasted accents, and a delicate hop flavor that whispers with just a hint of floral finish. The perfect ale for a long afternoon in the pub with good friends and traditional fare.
