This beer is a blonde that is made with four different malts including Rye. Hopped with Amarillo and fresh raspberries to provide further complexities and nuances.

Our second in a series of beers featuring Red Hot Roasters Coffee is a Mocha Porter. The Red Hot Mocha Porter was brewed with a larger percentage of Chocolate Malt then our Nitro Porter, plus the addition of ground coffee to the kettle. After fermentation it was then aged for a week on Cacao Nibs. Served through our nitrogen faucet, no promises on a leaf design on top like the coffee shops....

We conceived this beer to entice the sinner and the saint in each of us, following one simple rule: you can never have too much of a good thing. So we took mountains of Crystal, Wheat, and Munich malts and paired them with huge handfuls of Cascade and Tradition hops for an irresistibly wicked beer that's at once temptingly sweet and scandalously bitter, with a full body and a deep red color. Go on, treat yourself a little and ask for the hoppy ending.

Ruby red in color with aromas of dark fruit, honey and and crystal malt. Hints of caramel, fruit, plums, and a touch of roast come through in the flavor ending with a semi-sweet, lightly hopped finish.

As red as the "Blood Moon", Caramel and Vienna malts provide the deep red color and mild malty mouth feel. The English malts and Noble hops provide a nice clean and balanced ale.

This incredibly smooth American Amber Ale has a floral aroma, distinctive accents of toasted malt, caramel, spice and a sweetness to appease those demanding taste buds. What color is it? We don’t know but it looks red to us. Whatever color you decide we’re sure you’ll agree this robust brew is one of a kind!

Red Oak Amber is a Munich Urtyp (Old Style) Lager. We begin the brewing process with custom kilned imported Munich Malt. Red Oak is then hopped with Spalt Noble Hops imported from Bavaria, the oldest hop growing region in the world. Before fermentation we add a yeast strain from Weihenstephen, the oldest brewery in the world, founded before 1040 AD. Weeks of aging gives Red Oak the smooth taste it is known for.

Red Rocket Ale is a bastardized Scottish style red ale that traces its origins to our homebrew roots. This full bodied and hoppy brew finishes on the palate with sweet, caramel malt flavors.

The Red Rose is a most original Amber Ale – the result of high fermentation (with ale yeast) at an unusually low (lager-like) temperature. This robust, rich brew, with fruity, malty flavors, is nonetheless crisp, refreshing, and dry. As a rose – extravagantly layered, expansively fragrant, and just a bit prickly.

This red ale is a staple in any Irishman’s glass. Malty, with sweet toffee-ness and caramel flavors adorn the amber to reddish copper hue with medium body.

Red Trolley Ale is a medium-bodied beer with heavyweight malts. We brew it with a half ton of caramelized malts for a rich copper color and toffee flavor. After adding the perfect mix of hops for balance, we warm ferment the beer to bring out a hint of dried raisins and currants. The complexity of flavors makes Red Trolley Ale a hearty and truly enjoyable beer. Back in the day, we brewed Red Trolley Ale as our first holiday beer. In the spirit of the season, we made like Santa in a fat suit and stuffed it full of caramel malts. So many folks got on board that we decided to brew it year round. Years later, Red Trolley Ale remains the perfect beer to make any occasion festive.

A patriotic tip of our hat to the country we love! A red wheat beer with a hint of Special B malt to give it an amber hue. Not overly bitter, the grain coupled with blueberry deliver a smooth refreshing drink.
