Dry, sparkling pear cider with clear pale straw colour, smooth body, crisp but rich flavour of ripe pears, and the appealing aroma of a summer pear orchard. The cold fermentation with a wine yeast allows for the delicate pear aroma to shine, in this refreshing, thirst-quenching pear cider. Samuel Smith’s Organic Perry is naturally gluten-free and USDA Certified Organic.

Light bread and carmel malt elements find a nice pairing with a soft bitterness. Followed by an explosion of citrus, berry, and juicy guava flavors.

Pockets of Sunlight is a saison brewed with honey, coriander & lemon verbena. Fermented with a mixed culture of classic saison strains, wild yeast, & bacteria. Post fermentation, the beer was conditioned in stainless steel for 6 weeks with its primary mixed culture. A third & final fermentation completed this beer in the bottle. Pockets of Sunlight is a radiant saison full of crisp energy.

Rupture was born out of our obsession with getting the most out of each and every hop. In fact, we built a machine in our brewery to incorporate a unique fresh grind process. By grinding the whole hop we “rupture” the lupulin inside – releasing the oils that give the beer its flavor. And what we grind that day we use that day. Leaving you a beer that’s fresh, aromatic, with a bright hoppy character.

Our Slurry Bomber Stout is brewed as a Foreign-Style Stout. It has a distinct creamy, roasted-chocolate flavor that is nicely paired with the mild aroma hop nose characteristic of premium, noble hops. This stout is fairly dry, thick bodied, and very dark! BUT DON'T BE AFRAID OF THE DARK!

Complex earthy, smoky, and oak notes play against a refined, yet boozy, mix of sweet and bitterness.

RODENBACH Vintage is the unique result of our RODENBACH-brewers selecting the cask which has produced the best beer after two years of maturation: “cask of the year”. The cask number always appears on the label, and the year refers to the start of maturation. RODENBACH Vintage is 100% matured beer, which results in a superior taste. RODENBACH Grand Cru. Its taste is complex and rounded, intense and refreshing. It is characterised by an acidic, appley fruitiness combined with caramel, wild honey and oak with a touch of vanilla, cherry and liquorice. The aroma consists of touches of caramel and oak, as well as green apples mixed with honey and chocolate. The slightly sour, fruity aftertaste is long and nicely balanced, just like a Grand Cru wine.
