This German-style Marzen is a traditionally brewed Oktoberfest using Munich and Vienna malt from Germany & hopped with all German hops. It has a slight biscuity aroma, bready malt flavor with a touch of light toast and offers a slight caramel finish. It pairs great with our tacos, wings, pretzels and charcuterie. We call it Bavarian Adler because Bavarian Ludwig Railway was named after King Ludwig, the man whose wedding celebration started the Oktoberfest tradition, and was Germany’s first steam powered railroad that opened in 1835. The first steam Locomotive on the Ludwig Railway was an Adler Locomotive. We’ll see you there, prost!

Deep, warm, and powerful - that's how grace is interpreted by us here at Four Saints. That's how Impending Grace Imperial Stout tastes as well. Dark cocoa flavors play with the sweetness of the added local honey. The name is from the constellation, Carina, the keel of the ship Argo in the southern sky. Loaded with fresh peach flavor it is a sour ale perfect for anytime of year. The use of pale malt makes for a crisp character, while lactobacillus gives it a tart and refreshing finish.

An easy drinking thirst quencher with enough complexity to keep things exciting, this refreshing white IPA is brewed with toasty Munich and wheat malts. The citrusy blend of hops is a beautiful complement to our Belgian yeast, and has just enough IBUs to declare it an IPA.

Cranberry Orange Radler is a zesty, refreshing take on the tradition of mixing beer with soda or lemonade to create a light, thirst-quenching beverage ideal for warm weather. Our winter interpretation marries tangy blood orange with tart cranberry to create a unique way to #TeamRadler during cooler months.

Rich, soft continental malt characters dominate with enough hop bitterness to balance everything out. A palate impression and finish that encourages drinking. Stylistically this beer fits in between a Märzen and a Munich Helles and was originated to be easily drinkable.

Brettanomyces​, originally isolated from strong English stock beer,​ is said will help a beer achieve English character. What English character actually means is up for debate. What we do know is that this saison is 100% oak fermented and full of flavor. This beer's dry, crisp, and refreshing light citrus flavor is complemented with a slight funk that, whether it's of English character or not, will certainly have you in a jolly mood.

Never content with brewing "to style," our brewing team's approach to Funkier Pumpkin is far from your standard take on pumpkin spice beers. Choosing to focus on the complexity that brettanomyces can bring to a beer, Funkier Pumpkin offers subtle pumpkin flavor accented by traditional spicing in a beer that showcases the hallmark earthy/forest floor notes of our house wild yeast strain.

The caramel sweetness from crystal malts and light fruitiness of traditional Trappist Ale yeast of our Belgian Dubbel pays reverent homage to the beginnings of this style in ancient monasteries. The addition of Hallertau and Styrian Goldings hops highlight the evolution of a classic style Four Saints has long considered a necessity. We hope you will, too.

A light, toasty blonde ale brewed with over 200 pounds of pecans! This brew has an even malt character and a slightly sweet finish.

The final release of the 2016 Heat Series, Jalapeño White Ale is a perfect display of the Jalapeño flavor you know and love.

Hard Sparkling Soda

Sweet and slightly tart grapefruit throughout with subtle floral complexity added from the hibiscus. This radler is highly carbonated, crisp, clean and very easy to drink.

Our brewer feels like the traditional pale ale style has taken a backseat to the ever popular IPA. Idle Hands is his attempt to bring it back. This brew delivers an earthy, piney, and resinous flavor that is in perfect harmony with the balanced sweetness of the malts. Whole leaf hops added to the hopback allow for the aroma to shine through without increasing overall bitterness. Enjoy a pint of this truly well crafted ale.

Smooth and heavy with notes of chocolate and roasted malt

Melismatic is a musical term that means “a single syllable of text while moving between several different notes in succession” (think Maria Carey). Our Melismatic is a Belgian Specialty ale that we “versioned” several different ways. We bottled conditioned it two ways one with saccharomyces bruxellensis trois (Brett-like yeast), and one normally. In the Taproom we tapped the non-brux-like version as well as 3 different fruited versions (Prickly Pear, Blood Orange, and Mango).
