This Russian Imperial Stout builds with a graceful and delicate intensity, strong enough for the Siberian winter. The first release in the "Sweet Virginia Series" bottle project. Named after the 8.5 barrel pub system, the Sweet Virginia Series is a brewer-developed project focusing on small batch releases. The 500ml bottles were released at the brewery on December 30th, 2016.
