American IPA with Gooseberries This IPA was heavily dry-hopped with tropical El Dorado and floral/fruity Halltertau Blanc, then further juiced up with an enormous addition of pureed gooseberries at a rate of 10 pounds per barrel!

100% oak fermented and oak aged wild saison brewed with barley, wheat, rye, rose hips, and coriander. Fermented with a mixed culture of brett, lacto, and saison yeast. Brightly acidic and juicy.

Pacific Gem|Simcoe|Hallertau Blanc

Having dry hopped the crappers out of it, the brewers have created something resembling a tropical fruit salad melange: mango, passionfruit, pineapple – all the best fruits are there. But despite such notable presence that’s all, somehow, not ended up as a sickeningly sweet solution, mainly because it’s been balanced on a tight malt base and comes with a finish that’s all dry and refreshing. When you wrap all that up in a surprisingly beefy 6.1 percent ABV package, the ease with which the Summer Hop Ale goes down, then demands to be downed again, could spell trouble for young players.

These blond beer ripe during several months in original used Whiskey Bruichladdich barrels. We try to make sure the barrels we buy are in the most fresh condition as possible. We guaranty all the flavours in the beers only come from the barrels.

Ale brewed with apricots & chiles

Fresh hopped ipa made with Ohio grown Cascade and Columbus hops

The creamy head, the intentionally cloudy, apricot color and the scent of yeast and citrus, which blend into spicy harmonies of coriander and peeled oranges, call you from the glass. Refreshing to the palate, it has a light body and is very easy to drink.

The only thing that might make making a mocha brown ale like Brown Sugar Brown Cow better is by adding Pumpkin Spice to it. Have a happy harvest.
