Imperial Bourbon Pumpkin Porter

A mid-strength, modern Australian lager inspired by long held Australian values such as loyalty, strength and mateship.

The body is light with a subtle haziness and a beautiful straw gold colour. A pure white head gradually fizzles away to leave some soft lacing around the glass. There’s rounded sulphur notes as you’d expect from a lager like this but the predominant aroma is that mild noble hop spice that lovers of good unfiltered lagers will recognise. And it is unfiltered, which is important. The finish is incredibly clean with zero yeast notes. It’s crisp and refreshing and the carbonation serves to excite the palate, enhancing the noble hop flavours. There’s a touch of wheat in the grain bill as well as Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts. Together these deliver a touch of sweetness but mostly wholesome biscuity flavours.

Complex and flavoursome. Deceptively light and refreshing. Subtle oak smoked aroma. Hint of dark chocolate taste. Delicate touch of liquorice on the finish.

Named for the passion fruit flower, Passiflora IPA offers harmonious tropical flavors from a distinct hop blend and copious amounts of passion fruit puree. Mosaic and Citra hops compliment to uniquely tart flavor of the fruit, all balanced by the subtle maltiness of the wheat-based grist and fruity esters from authentic Belgian yeast.

Double IPA

Inspired by the coffee culture of the Pacific Northwest,this sweet stout has an added chocolaty creaminess. Sweet Stouts have lactose added to provide residual sweetness and body because beer yeasts cannot ferment lactose. The cacao nibs added to this beer bring a hint of chocolate. The Guatemalan Huehuetenango was chosen for its mellow and earthy roast character.

It’s the Lion’s Paw you love, now barrel-aged and fermented with Honduran coffee beans. Thanks to The Breaks Coffee Roasting Co. for helping to make this awesome beer happen.

We make x-mas beers beers with the good old traditional flavour from the days when the old farm breweries made dark, hearty, earthy beers with lots of x-masy flavours. We make living beer, not pasteurized nor filtered. 7% alcohol, supplied in 50 cl bottles an d 30 liter kegs.

This amber-hued imperial IPA has a maltier base of toasty grains and light caramel. This more complex malt base supports a massive dry hopping of Citra, Simcoe and Rakau, which bestow a compelling collection of citrus, tropical fruit, resin, and pine notes.
