Saint Stephen is our take on the classic Belgian saison. Traditionally brewed in the winter months for drinking during the heat of the summer, these farmhouse ales feature a complex flavor profile. Spicy yeast aromas combine with the finest European malts and noble hops to produce a beer with uncommon depth of flavor.

After a full-day of brewing beer, a pilsner is the go-to beer for most on our team. This hoppy pilsner was brewed for our crew and all our fellow brewers out there! Inspired by the traditional pilsners of North Germany, Alluvium is brewed with 100% Bohemian malt to get the crisp clean finish that is a hallmark of German Pilsner. Generously hopped, Alluvium is aromatically imbued with the spicy noble hops and a pleasantly bitter finish. Prost!

Chestnut honey is a rare specialty in Austria. The European sweet chestnut only grows in the warm climate of the hilly areas in the south of Austria. Two thousand years ago the Romans brought sweet chestnut trees to Norcium, the Latin name for this part of Austria at the time of the Roman Empire. The wine is characterized by its clear, light, straw-yellow color. The bouquet combines the strong, spicy aromas of quinces and beeswax with a hint of pink grapefruit. The first sip conveys a subtle balance between liveliness, delicate dryness and full body. Spicy, fruity aromas accompany the wines satisfying sustained finish.

...Floor is a tequila barrel aged variant of ICONIC. We aged ICONIC in tequila barrels for five months then dry hopped with Cascade, and Equanot hops. We then added fresh squeezed and simmered lime juice and zest to make the beer extra refreshing. By now you should know the law in Montana tap rooms...you can have only three. One tequila, two tequila three tequila...Floor.

Served at the very first Oktoberfest celebrations back in 1810, Löwenbräu is a fullbodied & malty brew with a hint of spice & a yeasty tang. So whether you choose to wear your lederhosen or dirndl or not, Löwenbräu is sure to Release Your Inner Bavarian after the very first sip.

Monty’s Pale Ale (or Monty as we like to call it) is the first pale ale from Martin House. This easy-drinking beer is brewed with Cascade and Amarillo hops and is dry-hopped to give it a lot of citrus flavor. We added some oats in the grain bill to round it out and give it malty finish, which balances the hops quite nicely.

A dry, single varietal cider made from the Newtown Pippin; an apple made famous by Thomas Jefferson. This one showcases pineapple, tangerine, citrus, and some spiciness.

Germans aren’t well known for big hoppy beers, but Portland is, so we put our German ingredients to use creating our first All-German IPA, known locally as the ZPA. At Zoiglhaus we brew ours in accordance to the German Purity Law of 1516 with German malts, hops and yeast. It has a great floral and spicy aroma with a touch of citrus. Prost!
