American Pale Ale with a twist-a healthy dose of locally wild crafted coastal sagebrush infuses the beer with the flavor of San Diego's backcountry.

Major Tom may be an American IPA, but Australian-grown Galaxy hops shape its stellar character at every turn, from bittering to dry-hopping. Notes of bright grapefruit, orange peel, and passion fruit shine through from lift-off to splash-down thanks to a clean and crisp American malt bill.

We reward our adventurous kettle sour drinkers with this surprisingly satisfying combination. Expect a slight peppery, anise, savoury quality from the fresh ground basil with a refreshing, sharply dry fruity character of cranberry, rounded right out with the pink Himalayan salt and coriander from our core range gose we use as a base in this limited release.

Lucky number seven in our Barrel Aged Series, this Brett Saison boasts aromas of peach, cherry, and lemon. Aging for seven months in our oak foeder left it with moderate notes of earthy Brett funk and a peppery, floral finish.

This delicious traditional Pilsener is made with untraditional hops and is the perfect thirst quencher. Crisp and clean and very easy to drink.

Small Batch Brewed, Golden

‘Project Louche’ is an exploration in flavour using a variety of fermentation techniques and barrel maturation; enabling wild yeasts and bacteria to develop nuance and character in our beers. Our first beer in the series is a kettle-soured cherry beer fermented with wild yeast and bacteria in white wine and bourbon barrels, then aged on sour morello cherries. Deeply fruity with a vinous oak body and a refreshingly sharp acidity. Consume fresh or age indefinitely.

Dry hopped farmhouse ale.

Naturtrübes Kellerbier exudes seductive hues of golden honey as it shimmers in the light. This is a beer of inimitable character. In other words, a true Bavarian. Naturtrübes Kellerbier has the creamy and sparkling texture so typical for unfiltered beers and bubbles delightfully on the palate. Hints of caramel, honey and plum are all discernible, emphasising the malty and tangy taste sensation. They are joined by inimitable nuances of apple and grapefruit, which combine to give the beer its fruity freshness. Following a maturing process of four weeks, our Naturtrübes Kellerbier it is bottled without being filtered to ensure that all the vitamins and trace elements contained within the yeast are retained.

Farmhouse Saison, Seasonal Series

Five hop varieties—Warrior, Galaxy, El Dorado, Equinot, and experimental BRU-1, plus hops extract for added bittering—give this beer dizzying amounts of tropical fruit and citrus flavors followed by a piney finish. And if the barrage of melon, lime, orange, passion fruit, and papaya aromas wasn’t extravagant enough, Upland brewers added essential oil derived from El Dorado hops.

Delicate and refreshing on the palate with peppery and herbal notes and a slight tartness. The dry finish lets the wild plum shine through. Aromatics of pear blossom and pineapple with a hint of Oak.

Made with banana puree, banana essence, roasted almonds and cassia bark

Reserve Bourbon County Stout is aged in 11-year-old Knob Creek barrels.
