Then a boatload of Citra, Mosaic, Centennial and Galaxy hops are used after the boil and for dryhopping. The result is a beer with intense aroma and flavors of citrus fruits. No-Fi may be as close as we will ever get to bottling an I.P.A. This farmhouse ale is brewed with Ohio wheat & barley, and the juiciest hops we can source from the Pacific Northwest, including Equinox, Citra, Meridian, and Mosaic. The draft version is force carbonated, while the bottled version is bottle conditioned with our our “farmhouse friends” yeasts and Brettanomyces Bruxellensis. For more American hop character, we suggest drinking it fairly young. As it ages, the hops should fade a bit, and the Brettanomyces presence will become more evident.

Grand Teton American Sour is the first release of our Brewers’ Series. This new line will feature a collection of unique, one-off brews highlighting the creative artistry of our brewers. Brewers’ Series beers will be truly special, with interesting techniques, ingredients and fermentation profiles, often barrel-aged and always exciting.

Citrus and fruity hop notes compliment the toasted malt character of this American-style pale ale. Bloodshot Red is brewed to honor Chicago’s own Bloodshot Records. This one-off brew showcases the flavours of a Mexican spiced hot chocolate, infused in an imperial stout. One of the most complex stouts we have ever brewed (which is saying something) Choco Libre is colossal and comes ready to roll. Our tip? Don’t fight – make peace with it instead. Expect a wallop of milk chocolate, vanilla, fruity coffee, and cinnamon, with an undercurrent of dark malt roastiness. This beer is rich and full-bodied, with a warmth of chilies. Fresh Hop Pale Fresh is right--fresh hops, that is--in this bodice ripper of a Pale bittered with tamely kinky Polaris and finished with the wet wet Mosaic hops grown by Perrault and Loftus Farms and hand-picked from the vine by an enthusiasic group of Elysian volunteers and staff. A basic malt bill of pale, Munich and C-45 malts is masked, tied down and dominated by its hop counterpart.

Mens Room Black :: Imperial Red Ale . Mens Room Black is Mens Room Red dressed up for a buddy's wedding, with a hangover. It's big and dark red, bitter and aromatic with lots of Chinook and Cascade hops, including two massive dry-hoppings. In addition to more of all the malts used in the Original Red--pale, C-77 crystal, Munich, Cara-hell and Cara-red, it's got a good dose of Briess Midnight Wheat, for color and extra yumminess.
