Blucifer

Blucifer is the demon horse of the Denver airport. He's here to ruin your holidays (or maybe make them a lot better). Blucifer is a sour stout inspired by, but different from, Tart of Darkness from The Bruery. It is fermented with cranberries and two strains of Brettanomyces. A portion is aged on oak and blended back to impart subtle oak flavor.

Georgia Hooch

This IPA introduces your mouth to a citrus piney grapefruit taste. Georgia Hooch is the epitome of being in the beautiful and scenic back woods of the great State of Georgia. We just happen to capture it in a container. When this liquid hits your taste buds all 6 hops used in the ingredients explode into the aforementioned flavors and linger for a while thanks to the very limited malt used to cut the flavor of the hops.

Mountain Red Ale (Irish Red)

Our best seller, this Irish red ale has a sweet and roasted malt flavor, lacking a hoppy aroma or taste. This s a great "gateway beer" for those who may be new to craft beers. About the Name: Named after the Mountain Gorilla, which tends to be the most well known thanks to work done by Dian Fossey in the 1980's. There are currently only about 880 remaining Mountain Gorillas left in the wild. You can feel good drinking Bayne beer knowing that we donate 1% of our annual profits to help preserve and protect these Gorillas.

Winter Beer

Warming Scottish beer with natural hints of ripe fruit, vanilla, and caramel. Every ingredient we have used to brew this beer has been selected for its intensity of flavour. Large amounts of pale ale and crystal malts impart the caramel fruit character, strength and body. The WGV, Styrian and Goldings hops give the sherry like intensity and ripe fruit aroma. And the heavily toasted boubon-oak mellows the beer and provides a deep, complex, oaky background. It’s the perfect antidote to the cold dark nights of winter, a beer to be sipped, savoured and appreciated.

10 Lords A Leaping

Wassail is known for warmth and spices. The tenth verse of our Twelve Beers of Christmas™ saga goes leaps and bounds beyond a traditional winter warmer, drawing inspiration from the dark, spiced ales from Belgium and our love for experimental brewing in SoCal. 10 Lords-A-Leaping is a dark imperial wit ale featuring 10 different spices - coriander, orange peel, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, mace, anise, dried apples and cloves, which complement the spiced notes imparted from the yeast and prance upon the rich, dark fruited character of the specialty malts.

This beer is a unique snowflake; a Unicorn on a farm of Shetland ponies; a complete original that we at Proclamation Ale Company came up with entirely by ourselves, by our own creative volition, without any outside inspiration whatever! Wow! Check this out: we got this awesome idea to take barley, make a sugary tea with it, ferment it with yeast and then throw a ton of sexy, nouveau hops in it!! (Note: we named the hops Galaxy when we invented them) NOTHING LIKE THIS HAS EVER BEEN DONE BEFORE!!! Enjoy this beer because you will never drink another one like this again!! EVER!!!

Game of Arms

Should anybody ever ask us which two breweries in the craft beer world are the two manliest, we wouldn't hesitate for a second before naming Tampa's Cigar City and our very own Amager Bryghus. Whenever the two breweries meet, their main brass will engage in the manly sport of arm wrestling - be it in the brewhouse, in the tap room or in a random bar. All friendly playing around of course, and always with the same outcome: a humiliating defeat for the Tampa boys. Not only will our big man, head brewer Jacob Storm, beat them but so will fellow founder and CEO Morten Lundsbak - and both with right and left hand. Last time we met the Tampa boys, they pulled out saying they didn't really care much for arm wrestling anymore.

Teton Range IPA

After 18 months, 18 pilot batches and dozens of side projects with our pilot system, Teton Range IPA has been added to our year-round lineup. For Teton Range IPA, Idaho grown and malted barley make up 90% of the grain bill. We use a variety of Idaho hops including one of our new favorites, Idaho 7. The combination of these unique hops makes Teton Range IPA an amazingly aromatic and flavorful beer. We focus on late hop additions in the kettle to boost the aroma and keep the bitterness low. Pungent aromas of tropical fruits like mango and papaya, hints of pine, hard candy and citrus rind are prominent. The flavor is juicy, like fresh squeezed tropical fruit with some pine in the background. The beer has a deep gold color and strong head retention. The crisp, balanced flavors of Teton Range IPA create a delicious, drinkable beer.

American Pale Ale

The first beer we ever made, American Pale Ale gives a fantastic idea of what we stand for at Batch: fresh, independent, unpasturised, unfiltered, natural, balanced. A combination of Vienna and caramel pilsner malt round off a malt bill that leans towards the drier end of the style, softening its body a touch, before big hits of Cascade hops from the whirlpool and fermentor give a complex burst of fresh cut grass, citrus stone fruit and a touch of pine. This is the beer that shows the quality and nuance you can expect from Batch Brewing Co, and it all started with Chris and Andrew in their backyards. We brew for you.
