Crimson, formerly released as Malefactor, is an American take on a Belgian Flanders-style Red Ale. Upland’s twist on this classic brewing style is aging the beer for eight months in previously used bourbon barrels rather than white oak, which contributes to a slightly higher ABV than most Upland sours, clocking in at 10%. Crimson pours a dark copper beer with hues of red and amber. Long fermentation reveals aromas of plum, red wine and cherry. The bourbon barrels add subtle notes of charred dark oak to this medium-bodied sour ale. Crimson finishes dry with notes of tanginess.

LazerSnake is a good old-fashioned Indiana Pale Ale. Special Bavarian hops and Indiana malt give LazerSnake its smooth non-filtered appeal to all craft beer and macro enthusiasts.

With a low ABV beer it is difficult to smack you over the head with hops, however we have thought of a way around this…Little Things that Kill will sneak round behind you, cut your hamstrings, then when you are on the ground, smack you over the head with hops. This beer will have the same malt and body each time, but the hops will change depending on the whim of the brewers. This is the closest thing we have to a session beer so drink (responsibly), followed by another and another.

Shannon the Dude’s Brew is a light bodied, dark colored easy drinking Kentucky Common. It is accented with vanilla beans which complements the light roast and dry finish. This beer is made for and named after Shannon the Dude from KSR.

Our Bench Weiss Dunkel Weizenbock holds together common flavors found in both bock and hefeweizen style beers. Forged in the depths of the mash kettle, this "big brother" to our Weiss Grip will stand the test of time. Brewed with a premium all-German malt bill, this dark brown beauty is anchored to its roots by massive amounts of Munich and wheat malt. The addition of Dark CaraMunich and other dark caramel malts bring out deep notes of ripe fruit that play with the clove and banana notes created by the weizen yeast. German hops round out this notable wheat bock resulting in a delicious creation that is sure to hold you tight and not let go.

Who's in charge here? Now for something completely different. This DIPA is brewed with tons of Malted Wheat and Pale Malt with some oats and caramel-10 to round things out. Hopped with Columbus, Simcoe, Eureka, Chinook, EXP 07270, Ella, Amarillo, Nelson Sauvin, and Cascade. These 9 different hop varieties muddle together to provide a unique drinking experience. Tropical and floral aroma fade to allow the floral, woody, mealony, sort of weird nectar to pop across the pallet. Definitely different than Dry Hopped Natty Ice! Drink phresh!

Let the current of American hops and Belgian yeast wash into the deep glen of your senses. Contemplate the complex maze of flavors swirling around like vermiculate patterns. All is right again.

An homage to the style that created craft beer. Perun is perfectly balanced with a lingering bitterness that begs for another sip. Uses a blend of new and classic hop varietals exclusively in our brewhouse.

This South African New England IPA was brewed using African Queen hops at first boil and whirlpool additions. It is then dry-hopped with Huell Mellon. The combination of these two unique hops bring a juicy melon and citrus hop profile that may just drive you in-SANE!!!
