Beechy Summer Ale is a beer that can trace its roots back to our first commercial brew, in the original brewery in Ben’s dads shed back in 2005. This beer has been really dialled in through tasting our range, reviewing recipes and hop profiles over the past 6 months, but relies on our 13 year brewing and industry experience. This all translates into the beer we have created, an aromatic Australian summer ale with a punchy hop aroma, low pallet weight and a clean drying finish with moderate to low bitterness. What’s with the Beech? Bridge Road Brewers is located in Beechworth, at the foot of Victoria’s High Country, about 4hrs drive in any direction from the nearest ocean beach. However hanging out at the local beach during the peak of summer is something that we love as much any seaside dweller. The High Country is littered with waterways and swimming holes, including the mighty Murray River, beautiful Lake Catani on Mt Buffalo and our own spring fed lake in heart of Beechworth, Lake Sambell. We’re really looking forward to Summer evenings at the lake this year with this beer in hand.

Muffins, honey and dark fruit notes. Highlighted by chocolate, honey and earthy hops.

A good robust bitter. Some crystal malt gives a slight golden colour while a dry rich hoppy bitterness makes for a refreshing experience.

Note: The ABV varies for this beer but the recipe is the same.

An Imperial Stout brewed with Lactose and molasses sugar 85% of Houtenhamer was Brandy barrel-aged for six months and then Bourbon barrel-aged for an additional six months. After aging in the barrels for a total of a year this imperial stout was then blended with 15% young steel-aged stout.

Back in Medieval Times, Sorcerers and Brewers were at war!! From Love Potions to Tasty Libations, who would Brew up the Latest Concoction. Liquid Denial was the town's favorite by far and led to 100 years of Peace and Harmony throughout the Kingdom. Aged on fresh Blackberry Puree.

Brazilian coffee, cacao, oats, and milk sugar.

There's something in a Sunday that makes the body feel...hazy. Inspired by a favorite Sunday morning beverage, we aimed to achieve maximum juiciness in this NE IPA with the addition of peach and mango puree. Combine that with intense amounts of peach and stone fruit forward experimental hops that add aroma and a strong hop bitterness and you'll want one more for dessert.

ndia Pale Ale brewed with Wheat and copious late kettle editions of Centennial and Simcoe, and dry hopped with Mosaic.

A delightful combination of fresh watermelon, salt and traditional Gose spices that is super refreshing and strangely satisfying.

Brewed with our close friends from Beermoth, this mid-strength table beer was fermented with Belgian saison yeast. Featuring both European and new season US aroma hops, and Red Rye and Heritage Crystal in the malt base. 5% ABV Aroma Hops: Chinook, Huell Melon, Mandarina Bavaria Bittering Hop: Pilgrim Alpha CO2 Extract Malts: Schill Pils, Wheat Malt, Red Rye Crystal, Flaked Wheat, Heritage Crystal Yeast: WLP566

This smooth, classic amber ale is a real crowd-pleaser. It's amber in color, with just enough hops to complement the full malt flavor, creating a well-balanced ale. There's a full serving of sunset in every glass.
