In 2013, we teamed up with our friends at Pour Judgement Bar and Grill in Newport, RI to brew their house IPA with the finest German malt and Eureka! hops. This beer gained so much devotion that we now offer PJ IPA “to go”. If you’re an IPA fan, go use some good judgment and grab a Pour Judgement! Cheers!

India Session Ale

Blood Alley Bitter is an Extra Special Bitter named after a notorious cobblestone laneway in Vancouver’s Gastown district. At 50 IBU’s this beer is slightly higher in bitterness than the average ESB but it is well-balanced by the rich, roasted malt flavours. Stylistically, the malt side is very English, but the hops are all floral US varieties. Brewed with only the best including: 2-row Pilsner malt, Flaked Barley, UK Crystal Malt, and a touch of UK Chocolate Malt. We use Columbus hops in the brew kettle, and dry hop with Cascade and Willamette. PART OF THE RUSSELL BREWMASTER SERIES - a succession of small batch beers crafted for an unconventional beer drinker.

We love brewing dark beers, so as winter approaches it’s a perfect excuse to work on some new warming recipes. We cold steeped this porter overnight before the brew day, which gave us a gorgeous chocolatey base before we even got started. It’s the perfect companion to a stormy night!

American Style IPA Built to showcase hop aroma and flavor, this juicy unfiltered American IPA is all about the hops. Dominated by citrus and tropical flavors from Amarillo, Azacca, Mosaic, and Motueka hops, this IPA remains smooth and easy drinking making it a great beer for everyday.

Centennial, Citra, and Amarillo Hops

Unfiltered. Hazy. Murky. They might describe the look, but they don’t really describe what we’ve achieved. We prefer DUTTY. Clean it ain’t, but that’s no bad thing. In fact it’s very, very good. We’ve retained more flavour and a silky smooth texture in this Vermont style IPA, and made sure it’s one you can enjoy time and time again by keeping the ABV nice and low. A mild bitterness and a big juicy blast, refresh with Dutty!

Sweet, yet tart fruit to cut through the round roasted and chocolate malt.

One for Me Helles-Style Lager is brewed with 100% Light German Pilsner malt, decocted and dosed with German Grungeist hops in the whirlpool. Lagered appropriately. Made with our brothers and sisters at Other Half Brewing.

Our take on this infamous Scottish style features a full spectrum of grain selected from across the pond. As you would expect from a beer of this lore, we focused on creating a multifaceted malty character that combines elements of roast and earthiness with a full body and just enough bitterness to finish semi-sweet. Sounds like a beer that was built for this time of year right?!

A newly imagined IPA from our team. Brewed to embody the sacred relic’s three pieces: POWER, COURAGE, and WISDOM. Triforce is a slightly HAZY IPA brewed with the triforce of malts (oats, wheat and barley) and hops (Mosaic, Amarillo, and Cascade). These combine to create a unique IPA that has the HOPPY aroma and flavor of papaya, mango, and other tropical fruits; with a soft, flavorful mouthfeel to balance this truly inspired beer.

Coffee milk stout

Bluer Than Velvet— a stout so rich and deep you'll think you're in a dream, gazing into your true-love's eyes!​ This velvety, ink-black Imperial Stout was brewed with a heavy dose of Lactose and finished voyeuristically with Mosaic hops. It then fermented atop 150lbs of local NJ blueberries and aromatic Madagascar vanilla beans. Deep notes of roasted dark chocolate, earthy berry-fruit, and finishes with a present but soft bitterness. Close your eyes and drift away into the magic night. Share this together, like dreamers do!

A light golden malt body with hints of smoke, this barrel aged Belgian Ale brewed with Caramel Malt, Vienna Malt and Anderson Hop Farm's Chinook and Centennial hops. The aroma balanced nicely between spicy, Belgian bready malts married with banana esters.

The Guayabera shirt is well known for its four over-sized pockets. The human being is notable for opposable thumbs on her two hands. When these two notable forces team up, they collectively provide space for an entire six pack of beer. Guayabera Citra Pale Ale is a remarkably sessionable brew and you will want to wear the proper attire to facilitate bringing along a few extra cans.
