Our Country Lager is a classic hop-infused German style brew with a golden amber colour derived from the caramelized malts and a creamy head. It starts with an exciting aroma, compliments of the Hallertau hopping and then delivers a rush of full flavour that is bold with a satisfying Nugget bitterness (22 B.U.) finishing with a slight astringency, demanding a second calling. This finish offers a perfectly balanced mix of crisp and smooth refreshing tones that are both complimenting and gratifying. Our Country Pilsner takes its inspiration from the original and most desired Czech style Pilsners. It pours to a bright and clear golden tone, with a frothy head and a distinctive and desirable aroma. Brewed in true Czech tradition with a single two row Canadian malt and hopped with Mt.Hood hops (from the Saaz family) for bitterness (21 B.U.), flavour and aromatics. This richly flavoured Pilsner possesses an aromatic blend of earth and spice. It starts crisp and smooth, enticing you with its subtle malts, its crispness and its distinctive fruity floral bitterness. A champion craft beer among Pilsner connoisseurs.

A new Canadian classic – Potato Beer is here! We start with a pre- brew of Dry Ale, once fermented we move the beer to our Kettle Chip processing line where we use this beer to carefully wash freshly sliced potatoes before they are processed into Kettle Chips. Once we have gathered fresh Potato starch from these slices we return the beer to the brew line where we break down the potato component into fermentable potato sugars. A secondary mash is prepared and blended with the potato laden beer to create a beer that redefines brewing in Canada. The potato component adds an incredible smoothness to the final beer and a residual sweetness remains that makes this beer stand out amongst all craft beers. With a bitterness (14 B.U.), that is very palatable and repeatable to the adventurous craft beer lover. Our number one seller has received many accolades from both wine and beer lovers.

A classic IPA brewed to exacting standards – this is what an IPA should taste like. At the Brewery Farm we love to grow hops, after several years of playing in the hops gardens, we found that these farm fresh hops will make outstanding fresh beers. We’ve created 5 unique and classic beers to date, we challenged ourselves to complete the 6th, by carefully combining 4 of our bittering hops (Centennial, Sterling, Galena,Williamette) into a true IPA design - we nailed it. Subtle caramel malt provides enough sweetness to perfectly balance with an UNLEASHED bitterness of 48 B.U., within this bitterness is a citrus tone that moves almost to an orange finish. It’s so good, this is a refreshing IPA (you won’t hear that very often), that’s drinkable and shareable. Make some new friends today.

Golden Fig Sour

We decided to Shake things up and brew a super small draft only batch of an Oatmeal Cinnamom Shake Chocolate Porter! Because why should kinda have all the fun with oatmeal? Brewed with a generous amount of rolled oats and balanced approach to the cinnamon, Quake and Shake is an oatmeal inspired variation on our award-winning Shake Chocolate Porter. Chai-like spices and dark chocolate come through in the flavor, and it finishes with a velvety mouthfeel.

A tart, peachy sour pale ale dry hopped to hell and back with Amarillo. A great beer for sitting back in the sun, it’s refreshing, with a tart finish and mandarin, citrus notes.

Garcia’s Stout is an American Style stout with distinct coffee and chocolate notes and a roasty finish. Our Stout is made with Maris Otter, Crystal 77L, Chocolate, Caramel/Crystal 120L and Carafa III malts, Saaz and Cascade hops, and has an ABV of 7.2% and IBU of 50. This is one you’ll want to have a couple pints of and linger over!

Take your tastebuds on a ride with the Oxtongue IPA for a journey that’s hop-forward and dry with a refreshing citrus twist. You’re greeted by a touch of boozy heat on the nose that envelops a hint of lemon, suggesting the grapefruit flavour swirling in the medium-bodied warm copper ale. Many Iowans know firsthand that farming can be hot, physical work. The Saison beer style was first developed centuries ago to overcome poor water conditions and hydrate farm workers on hot days. Saison Des Moines was created by our farm-boy-turned-head-brewer, John Martin, as a homage to the simple-but-elegant Saison DuPont. It’s built on Belgian pilsner malt and flaked wheat with east Kent Golding, Motueka and Citra hops plus French Saison yeast. This very effervescent brew has a light banana aroma with medium body that’s well attenuated, dry and fruity, with a pepper and clove aroma and flavor and a very slightly sour finish. Original Saison was very low alcohol, but ours packs a 7.5% ABV, so finish your chores before enjoying some!
