This American Porter is brewed with specialty roasted malts and flavors of chocolate, coffee, and caramel.

In the beginning Walter believed that his journey was righteous, he needed the money for his medical bills and to protect his family. We all wanted to love Walter White. This new beer has the same story, it has a big beginning with notes of citrus, grapefruit, tangerine and melon...finishes like a true IPA, with an earthy bitter. You all know exactly who I am. Irish Amber Ale

Our play with the classic English Porter. We meld the floral and spice aromas of the German Perle Hop into this rich porter. Dont let the session ABV’s fool you, there is an intense complexity of Dark Carmel, Chocolate, Coffee and Toasted malt character to satisfy any dark beer drinker. Grains: Pale, Munich Malt, Chocolate Malt, Black Malt, Medium Crystal Hops: Perle

Dry hopped with Vic’s Secret and Chinook for a big dank hop character.

Raspberry & Vanilla Ice Cream IPA. Brewed with the 'Ulster Exiles'.

This hearty rye IPA uses experimental hop varieties that lend notes of candied grape, orange, and vanilla cream. Cararye and flaked rye contribute a deep red hue and spicy malt notes.

GAMMADELUXE was brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Jester King Brewery in Austin, Texas. We wanted to share knowledge and techniques that we had acquired from Henry of Monkish Brewing Co. and with that we brewed this sour Monkish inspired IPA. This IPA pours a beautiful bright yellow with just the right amount of haze. An aroma of funky fruit tannins in the nose. Packed full of seven different hop varieties giving notes of grapefruit, touch of pineapple, light Brett characteristics, and a tannin dryness.

Introducing Knowle Spring Blonde, the new member of the Taylor’s family. Fresh from our brewery and new for 2017, it’s a light, refreshing blonde ale with the depth of flavour you expect from Taylor’s beers. Named after the Knowle Spring upon which our brewery sits, and which provides the fresh spring water for all our brews.

Oopsie Dhazy! We forgot to filter and fine this ridiculously juicy New England-Inspired IPA! Served directly out of the fermenter for maximum flavor and aroma, you will taste flavors of juicy guava and ripe passionfruit that pair perfectly with it’s cracker-like malt profile. Take a sip and you will realize that this pillowy soft, velvety liquid was no accident! Best enjoyed fresh!

Our production manager decided to revive a generations old family recipe and Ryan’s Irish Red was created. Ryan himself claims that this Red Ale pairs well with bangers and mash or an Irish wake. We’ll take his word on the latter.

The story of the Saison begins in Belgium’s Wallonian province, within which the municipality of Waterloo resides. We take pride in continuing the tale stateside, in Waterloo, IA. This carefully crafted chapter is home to no battle, as the rustic malt bill, bright hops and spicy Belgian yeast strain peacefully collaborate, scripting an intriguing, American influenced, farmhouse ale.
