Inspired by our highly charged Third Rail Tripel from a few years back, this new spin on the Old World style welcomes the addition of tart cherries, just in time for Valentine’s Day. Don’t let this beer be the one that got away. Fall in love with its notes of Belgian spice and tartness. It’s a heart-warming beer perfect for beer-loving couples or single folks holding out for something truly unique.

This unique IPA combines the distinctive character of Belgian farmhouse style yeast with the hop bitterness of an American IPA. Bewitched Belgian IPA has a mild malt body, spice and fruit notes from the yeast, and a delicious citrus hop finish. Sit back and let this beer cast its spell!

Dry hopped with Citra hops for s big Citrus aroma. Finishes clean with a slight dryness and bitter hop bite.

This full-bodied stout is approachable, well-balanced, and sessionable. We've brewed this Irish style dry stout to have a rich malt body with roasted malt and coffee flavours, followed by a notably dry finish. This enticing stout is like a secret handshake between friends.

This haze-filled IPA is restrained on bitterness and big on hops that burst forward with clementine, pineapple, and melon aromas. What follows is a light and mellow body with flavors of orange and grapefruit.

Our Wee IPA is a low-alcohol, heavily hopped and sessionable pale ale with aromas of passionfruit, key lime, and melon, as well as malt flavors of bread crust and toast. With a complex malt bill of UK and US malts and an enticing blend of hops from Washington, Germany, New Zealand, and Australia, Wee IPA offers fruity, thirst-quenching bitterness and refreshment you can return to again and again.

This bold, bright and full-bodied American wheat ale features a tropical-tinged bite from Azacca hops and luscious sweetness from apricots.

Brewed with respect to the season, Atwater’s Winter Bock boasts the body and deep malt flavors matched with a warming, but well blended hint of alcohol. Extended aging reduces the sharpness and acidity typically apparent in strong ales.

A traditional French style Saison. Farmhouse ales were traditionally brewed in the winter for the warmer months. This beer has fruity and earthy flavors.

What began as a one-off solo hop IPA in our brewpub has evolved into our flagship IPA. After much refinement the Dragon Punch now delivers a unique take on the West Coast IPA genre. It’s copper and ever-so-slight red hue, paired with a lemon forward, spiced hop character, truly sets it apart. Our Dragon Punch is a touch on the malty side compared to other IPA’s, but with a considerable amount of hopping. From first wort to dry hopping, this beer speaks to the hop heads out there.

Cool-fermented to be light and crisp and hopped with 100% German-grown Mandarina Bavaria hops. The original session beer.

Reminiscence of a rich, creamy bowl of ice cream, Mint Chocolate Chip Crunch will cure your cravings for something sweet and satisfying. The subtle addition of mint complements the deep chocolate flavors both from the roasted malts and chocolate.

To celebrate the launch of Cigar City to the Chicago Market Perrin invited Cigar City up to brew a collaboration IPA. Using Denali, Enigma, Galaxy and Citra Cryo-hops this NS-IPA beer takes all the aroma and hop flavor of an NE-IPA with less haze to create a more stable full hop flavored beer with delicious tropical and juicy hop aromatics.
