We decided to go big with this next limited release! It is a scaled up, TDH, version of our popular “Citra Splendor” DIPA. It will pour an orange haze with a big white head. Aromas of tangerine and passion fruit dominate the nose. The mouthfeel is very soft accompanied by a juicy burst of tropical character with every sip.

Surreal stout

Disguy definitely knows what's up. Disguised as a big, burly stout, this beer is brewed with a touch of lactose and copious kettle additions of chocolate creating a rich full body brimming with delicate chocolate flavor that far exceeds it's 5.5%abv.

A dry, spicy, and complex Belgian-style ale inspired by Trappists. Deep yellow and slightly cloudy in appearance. Aroma and flavor marked by the marriage of peppery spice, citrus, and pear. Noble hops assertively utilized to create balance.

This recipe started out as a nod to the Belgian Wit style, to which we added a shenanigans twist in the form of mandarin zest, jasmine flowers, saison yeast & some brettanomyces funk. Expect bright clean flavours of citrus with a funky floral twist. Drink from a stemmed tulip glass, paired with a fancy cheese plate and an extended pinky

Peanut Butter Imperial Cream Stout

Foudre-aged saison aged on Marion Blackberries in red wine barrels

This New England IPA pours a murky light yellow color. Dry hopped with Citra and Idaho 7 hops. Super smooth delivery of pinapple, citrus, and tropical fruits. This beer is great to drink with friends or when you’re home alone.

Juicy, hazy, New England style IPA

Fruity, bitter hops, berry, mango, peach; a wonderful interplay between the earthy bitterness, the nuanced fruity berry character, and the piney funky tropical depth. The resinous character of the hops shows through in a tongue-coating mouth feel. You’ll really feel saturated by all the hops. Delicious.

Mexican hot chocolate Irish red with cocoa nib, vanilla bean, cinnamon, cayenne

Our latest Single Hop brew using CTZ hops. An unfiltered Pale Ale with huge grapefruit notes, a hint of caramel malts and a good bittering balance.

Vanilla porter

Brewed with a blend of European and American malts, hopped with Nugget and Cascade, and fermented on a classic English yeast strain, this transatlantic Brown Ale is relaxed and mellow, with a sweet malt nose balancing flavors of earth and spice. - a nice, classic brown ale.

Chocolate is front and center. Loaded with liquid cacao, lactose, and vanilla, and hopped with Amarillo, Citra, and Saphir hops. This beer is rich, creamy, and delectable.

This chart and refreshing India pale ale was sourced just a tad in the brew kettle before being heartily dosed with mosaic and Amarillo hops. A blend of flavors from these interstellar hop varieties, combined with the refreshingly tangy flavor profile, results in a truly awesome drinking experience with a wave upon flavor flavor

This edition of Hopshifter features experimental Bru-1 hops, as well as Chinook and Citra, and pineapple, mango, and tropical aromatics. Light-bodied and moderately bitter, it’s a perfect introduction to our groundbreaking series of gluten-reduced IPAs.

The second edition of Hopshifter bows with a hop profile of Eureka and HBC 438. It pours dark yellow with moderate haze, medium body, and grapefruit, orange, and pineapple aromatics

Unfiltered Double IPA Loaded with Citra, Galaxy, Motueka, and El Dorado Hops. Everything that could go wrong, did with this beer. Between our contractors reversing the polarity on our mill (grain didn't mill!), boiler shutting off while mashing in, stuck sparges and completely killing all of our head brewer's patience, this beer had a ton of mistakes during its process. But, we didn't let that stop us. We honestly have no clue what's in this beer, but it tastes good!
