Aged for months prior to release, this Märzen-style lager is brewed using German hops and yeasts, true to tradition. Its orange-amber hue reminds us of the fall foliage that accompanies the season, and its elegant and complex malt structure produces a smooth drinkable brew. Its otherworldly richness finishes with hints of spice and a subtle hop flavor, just enough to entice you to have another, wherever in the universe you may be.

Our latest special release IPA harks back to IPA's gone by... Not English hopped but dank to the eyeballs like the classic West Coast IPA's that once dominated our drinking (many, many weeks ago....). We've aimed to take everything we've learnt and loved developing our NE-styles over the past year or so and bring the dankest hop varieties to the party. So the mouthfeel is still soft and silky smooth but this time with just a touch more intensity of malt flavour. A light bittering addition was backed up by heavy whirlpool hopping with Simcoe and Mosaic at reduced temperature for maximum flavour and minimal bitterness pick up.

Step into the darkness with this multiple gold medal winner. Unfiltered, dry-hopped and layered with roasted malts, this Black IPA blends big hoppy flavours with complex mocha notes.

A heavy dose of cacao nibs gives this English porter a rich, dark chocolate flavor, and roasted coconut adds complexity and balance. A unique, robust and nutty seasonal brew.

Brewed exclusively with Pilsner malt to showcase Belgian yeast with an American hop. The yeast adds spicy notes, while El Dorado hops contribute tropical fruit and melon aromas to this light-bodied refreshing ale.

The acerola is one of the fruits that presents the higher acidity in nature, and because of that, it’s flavor was chosen to incorporate this series.

It may be the end of August but peach season is finally here! As the name suggests, our Sugarloaf Sunrise has the orange/gold haze of a late summer sunrise with a strong stone fruit aroma that whipers “beach season isn’t over yet”. Peaches and apricots add the flavor of dried stone fruit, which quickly dissipates with a tart lemon bite, lingering in the finish. Coming in at 5.2% ABV Sugarloaf Sunrise is a refreshing brew that pairs nicely with a warm summer day, Cheers!

As our fifth DIPA can release, this brew is made with 100% Centennial hops and demanded meticulous craft with extensive dry hopping of nearly a pound per barrel and a 180 degree whirlpool steep. This still mead is fermented using Brazilian Pepper honey. It has a distinctive yellow / gold color, earthy strong honey flavor, with a medium sweet finish. Serve at 45-55 F (7-12 C)
