Ruri

In Japanese, Ruri is the color of clear blue skies, and crystal clarity is what this incredibly pure premium pilsner is all about. Its flawless golden color contrasts beautifully with a soft, white head for an easy drinking brew that pairs well with almost any dish. Its delicate balance of rich flavors and hoppy bitterness is light on the palate and persistently enjoyable, providing a deliciously satisfying quaff for discriminating beer drinkers with sophisticated tastes.

Smoke On the Porter

What you have here is no ordinary beer. When you meet, you will be Perfect Strangers, a connection like no other. Buy this beer, and save it for a Black Night, Hush whilst you talk to and about it. A bad-ass Rock God of a beer, deep and rich imperial porter aged in Islay Whisky casks to give a smoky, smooth finish. Decisions Are Hard

Life is full of tough decisions. One of the brewery’s late 2017 was whether or not to attempt to redefine, or augment, what a Pilsner can be. With all the unfiltered, crazy dry-hopping going on around the country, seemed only right that Wolverine do something outside of the box. Decisions are Hard uses a fundamental German Pils recipe but uses Flaked Oats to soften the body of the beer, and a dreamy and creamy haze. The standout aspect of this lager is the hopping. Using two often difficult to find hops, Callista and Arianna, DAH has a much subtler bitterness, fruitier hop flavor, and a profound herbally, dank aroma that is a wholly unique from typical German Noble hops. However, it still screams of the old world hops. Decisions are Hard is undoubtedly a new style of beer. However, once you try it, the decision to have one, is a no-brainer.

House of Pale

Taking an old school malt approach to the classic style West Coast Pale Ale, and adding some new school hops for additional aroma and flavor. This beer pours a deep amber color from the use of pale malt, Munich malt, and a mild crystal malt; creating a solid malt flavor, with a touch of sweetness, finishing crisp and clean. We decided to throw out the boil hops, and move them all to a large whirlpool addition; creating a unique flavor profile. A large dry hop of Equinox, Simcoe, and Mandarina Bavaria were chosen to create a bold grapefruit, sweet orange peel, melon, and berry aroma and flavor.

Angelicus Belgian Double Pale Ale

Angelicus is an old style Belgian double pale ale. A popular style for centuries, the recipe used at the Sas Brewery was suddenly retired as World War One broke out and all the copper brewing kettles were confiscated. Benedikt Sas revived the recipe recently. We are now proud to join them in introducing this storied beer to North America! At 11% ABV it's strong, but light and smooth with a golden color. A proprietary Belgium yeast adds sweet banana flavors that mix well with a unique set of light herbs and spices. This beer is difficult to brew but is well worth the effort! It brings the past back to life. Cheers!
