Abita Hop-On is a full-bodied “juicy pale,” packed with Cascade, Citra and Ekuanot hops to deliver refreshing tropical and citrus notes. It pours a vibrant light gold while the unique brewing process produces a distinctive haze. It’s also super food-friendly, great with seafood ceviche, fresh fruit or a nice aged cheddar. Give Hop-On a try and enjoy our brewmaster’s latest journey.
A light, malty and crisp altbier brewed in the traditional German beer style with all-American ingredients. The refreshing brown ale has a bread-like maltiness and hints of dark fruit.
Brewed originally as a collaboration with the Porter Beer Bar, this very limited lacto-fermented sour balances beautifully against flavors of lavender and bergamot from the Earl Grey tea
After the never ending battle between the hop heads and sour lovers we decided to appease the two. Using Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand and Citra from the Pacific North West this mixed fermentation brew is juicy, sour and extremely refreshing. Sour & hops in perfect, thirst quenching, melody!
Our friends up at Fierce are some of the best in the business when it comes to adding other flavours to beer. We think we’re pretty good at that ourselves, so we asked them to collaborate on a beer with LOTS going on.
Inspired by Derek Zoolander’s coffee of choice, Orange Mocha Frapp Stout does exactly what it says on the tin. Orange, Chocolate and Coffee. It’s awesome.
Honey Roasted peanut and fresh coffee aromas arise from the glass of this deliciously balanced brown ale. Dark Chocolate, hints of vanilla, and nutty undertones are evident mid-palate, while roasted coffee beans round out the finish.
In the tradition of all the great stouts that have come before it, our stout is made with only the most choice English malts & hops. Black Jack is dark, rich, smooth, silky, and has a complex flavor and body, reminiscent of espresso and cocoa.
Yeah, we know our infatuation with kettle-sours may appear, to some, moderately out of control. In particular our obsession with those that blend their angelic acidity with radiant fruit and floral combinations, like blood orange, rose hips, and sweet, sweet orange zest.
Yeah, those.
Hate us if you want.
We don’t choose who we love, we don’t choose.
This dark German wheat beer uses the same yeast as our warm weather Hefeweizen. Its clove and banana characteristics from the yeast are complemented by the darker caramel flavors from the malt.
South German-Style Dunkel Weizen / Dunkel Weissbier
DIPA double dry-hopped with Citra. Copious amounts of fresh strawberries, peaches, mangoes, and pineapple added. A touch of Madagascar vanilla beans round out the finish.
We set out to create a beer that showcases two of our favorite fruits: tart apples and sweet peaches. We fermented it on the fruit with one of our favorite yeasts to give it a juicy character, pleasant body, and just enough sweetness to evoke memories of biting into a fresh peach or apple.
A light and aromatic American pale ale dryhopped with an insane amount of centennial hops. Notes of citrus and grapefruit on the nose, mildly bitter and incredibly drinkable.
We developed our Dunkel for Oktoberfest last year and we think it was fantastic. Its a dark German lager aimed at being as true to the traditional form as possible. We think it was spot on and we really enjoy a cold glass when we have it on.
Hop'd up Party is a version of our Third Party Tripel that is higher in ABV and has a large late addition of American and Southern Hemisphere hops. The hops and yeast fermentation profile leave an aroma and flavor of tropical fruit, citrus, and spice.
A unique beer showcasing 35%+ oats used in the grain bill and pairing it with Galaxy, Citra and Mosaic hops. Fruit aroma cascades out of the glass while delivering a slightly bitter but citrus bouquet of flavors. Thicker mouth-feel and a clean finish make this beer easy to sip and savor.
We bring to you Liquorice Confidence - the sequel to Liquid Confidence. A deep fat Imperial Stout packed with hard roasted malts, some chilli to add a spicy level and liquorice to give that extra complexity.
Mead with Orange, Cranberry and Spices. The origin of the Madras cocktail ultimately leads tot he seaport city formerly known as Madras in the Bay of Bengal. With this cocktail as our inspiration, we've combined wildflower honey, oranges, and cranberries to craft this bright and refreshing session mead. Never being satisfied with letting history steer us, we broke from tradition and layered in a host of spices to complete our version of a cocktail known for its refreshing qualities. This is Madras.
Our coffee stout is a classic combination of a traditional stout and
premium signature blend coffee from a local roaster, Thomas Hammer. Roasted barley and coffee dominate the aroma, with the sweetness from the stout balancing the acidity of the coffee.
Whether you're in San Diego or Tijuana, you don't have to look far to find street vendors serving up fresh fruit with lime and chili. We took that classic combo and brewed our interpretation of this street-sold slice of heaven. It starts as a classic San Diego IPA -- dry, refreshing and hoppy as hell, then we add fresh mango and a blend of chili, lime and salt for an authentic flavor that will have you saying "No Güey!"
This delicious IPA starts with a subtle malt backbone and adds an incredible amount of hop flavor for a beer that delivers big bright tones of citrus, pine, and melon with a super clean and refreshing finish.
