Strawberry Short Stack is the next iteration of our breakfast inspired Double IPA series. This 8% Strawberry Pancake Breakfast DIPA contains a hefty dose of oats, strawberry purée, maple syrup and a touch of lactose. We dry hopped this beer with Citra and Mosaic.

New England IPA

Russian imperial stout brewed with oats and aged in American whiskey barrels with coffee, vanilla, and maple syrup. Coffee, whiskey, and vanilla character, with subtle notes of caramel and sweet maple.

Just brewed with their Tibetan friends. Brewed in the US with Tibetans using Tibetan barley & Tibetan water.

Our brewers crammed as much hype into this very special Pottstown-style IPA as the tanks could hold. A healthy dose of flaked oats gives the beer its namesake sparkle, while a double dry-hopping of El Dorado, Simcoe, and Citra ratchets this juicy hype bomb up to 11.

Cask ale is a traditional English method of serving beer. It is hand pulled, naturally carbonated, and served at 50F resulting in a amooth and complex flavored beer.

A Hazy IPA with low bitterness, but big hop character. We like to make beers we like to drink - this is one style we can’t ignore. Sit back and enjoy our tropical-breakfast-juice-like IPA packed with exciting new hops. Nebula is a showcase of yeast embracing hops. The Vermont Ale Yeast, is responsible for the hazy appearance as it clings to the hop particles left over from extreme dry hopping. The yeast actually contributes a whole host of fruity esters, which can come across as peachy by themselves but in the end they blend seamlessly into the tropical hop profile we have selected.

These juicy, hazy, hop bombs are packed to the brim with flavor. In fact, we’ve been downright irresponsible when it comes to hop utilization. Our brewers have been experimenting with everything from lupulin powder, to massive hop backs, exploring the flavor synergies of fermentation hopping, and literally cramming in more dry hops then our tanks can even hold. As a liquid interpretation of what brewing can achieve Paradox sets out its stall from the very beginning. Every few months we dial in a brew of our resonant imperial stout and then consign it to the timber embrace of a select group of different barrels. This iteration stands out for two particular reasons – firstly, it has taken on a classic American twist by being aged in rye whiskey casks, and secondly we have brought it into the twenty-first century by releasing it in cans! Our latest Paradox release explores the influence of a true American flavour - rye whiskey. The peppery spice and toasted oak ingrained within these incredible barrels has imbued our imperial stout with a stunning depth of both aroma and flavour. At the same time, the rye has yielded layers of espresso, molasses and chocolate liqueur and added the warmth of frontier whiskey.

Take a sip and you will start rubbing your hands together like you are "Rolling Plato Snakes". Rolling Plato Snakes is a huge, hoppy, 11% ABV and 80 IBU Triple India Pale Ale. Amarillo, Citra and El Dorado hops combine to create flavors of sweet candied orange peel and floral notes. A medium bodied mouth feel and pleasant alcohol warmth will remind you that this bold triple isn't playing around. You can stop rubbing your hands together now...

Schooner Ale was first made as an educational beer, to showcase the difference between hops that are processed for storage (dried and pelletized) and the Wet Hops (fresh and whole) that we use once a year during harvest in late summer. Liking the base of the seasonal Schooner Ale with Wet Hops, we decided to brew the beer during the other eleven months that we can’t get northern hemisphere Wet Hops. It is also interesting to compare the difference in flavor and aroma between the same hops that have been treated differently but used in the same base beer. Golden color with a frothy white head that retains well and leaves layers of lacing. Aromas of orange zest, grapefruit pith and pine. Light flavor of toasted grains and cereal. Well balanced with the hops taking a slight edge in dominance, making it bitter but not over-bearing. We showcase this 100% Cascade Hop Beer with a very light and crisp grain bill including a small portion of rice.

Aromas of stone fruit, melon with slight pine and spice. Flavors of grapefruit, pine and stone fruit. Finishes light and crisp.

Equal parts, skill, destiny and luck, Chaotic Neutral is the result of a passion for citrusy IPAs and classic RPGs. We created our first Firestone Lager in 2000, and it proved to be well ahead of its time. Now it's back, new and improved, for those who finally want a better lager. In a craft world dominated by hoppy beers, we have gone back to basics with Firestone Lager. this is our hardest beer to make--and out easiest one to drink. Made in the classic all-malt Munich Helles style, Firestone Lager demands technical perfection from our brewing team, with a transparent canvas that would otherwise reveal the smallest flaw. Gambrinus pilsner malt establishes a crisp, dry base with a soft mouthfeel, while noble German hops provide just a whisper of bitterness. The result is an impossibly smooth and immensely drinkable beer that aims to help redefine American Lager.
