Chocolate stout

This is our newest Saison. 5.6%. Brewed with Pilsner Malt and Spelt and hopped delicately with Amarillo and Saaz. - Notes of Honeycomb, Shortbread, Apricot, Clover and black pepper.

An aggressive, tropical NZ hopped aroma gives way to the rich, copper coloured malt base and a huge lingering bitterness to finish. In an ode to its ancestors, we’ve used all English malts in the grist and a bold English bittering hop in the boil.

American Pilsner, brewed with Catskills well water, pilsner malt, and lightly dryhopped with American hops.

By adding rose hips to the boil and fresh raspberry puree at the end of fermentation, this kettle-soured beer is a mélange of flavors and aromas. With a light ruby hue, subtle raspberry fruit notes greet the nose and fall soft on the palate; tangy, hibiscus-like flavors mingle with the salty tartness of gose to create a uniquely complex and refreshing drinking experience.

Bright golden colour with a thick fluffy head and low carbonation. Bold sweet citrus and stone fruit aromatics with a hint of biscuity malt. The flavour is clean and crisp with a light citrus hop profile and sweet malt. It finishes thin and clean with a mild bitterness. A nice easy going golden ale with a beautiful aroma and clean flavour to back it up.

You’ll notice at first with this beer that there’s a helluva lot of tropical and citrus character packed in here and these marry up with the malts to show something of a sweet side. But it’s the back end of the palate that leaves the lingering impression thanks to a touch of alcohol heat, a lengthy bitterness and hop characters that err towards the peppery and spicy end of the spectrum.

This tasty, tart gose is brewed with real mango and passion fruit juices. A dose of kettle salts add a refreshing, complex quality that will have you demanding more!

This English-Style Brown Ale is chestnut brown in color. Additions of chocolate and brown malt lend a subtle chocolate/coffee character. Munich & aromatic malts contribute a biscuit/toasted character. Hop aroma and flavor is absent. Bitterness is very low. 50 pounds of organic, natural peanut butter were added to the fermenter providing a very complimentary peanut butter flavor and aroma to the brown ale. We also added real strawberries to fermentation to accomplish a subtle, “jelly” characteristic. This is a peanut butter sandwich in a glass.

Beautiful brown-reddish color, sweet with hints of dates and molasses... Every sip is a journey.

Zyth is our new IPA with a healthy dose of three different flavor/aroma hops, including Zythos. This medium-to-light body beer hits immediately with fresh hop aromas and flavors. The first sip is slightly sweet with notes of citrus and passionfruit then finishes dry with a smooth hop bitterness.

A new Session IPA - 5.1% ABV. Brewed with Pale Malt and Oats. Hopped with an insane combination of Simcoe, Citra, Amarillo, Centennial and Chinook in the kettle and dry hopped with Columbus and Amarillo. - Notes of Lemon Zest. Juicy Citrus, Grapefruit, Ripe Melon and herbal undertones

Easy on the eyes and crisp on the tongue, this blonde will keep you coming back for more. Slight hop bitterness couples nicely with hints of Valencia orange, not-to-sweet honey notes and a medium-dry finish.

Bold, juicy, fruity, and hazy featuring a big tropical nose, and an intensely fruity sweetness.

The Six Stringers have gone all Aussie for their late summer/early autumn release, combining Australian pale malt, Astra hops, Nick Cave and Tasmanian devils to form a limited edition lager. Up Jumped The Devil takes its title from a Cave song while the artwork comes from the hand of Central Coast artist Kelly-Anne Love. Driven by a passion for conservation, she created a series of works called Endangered, the proceeds of which went to the Devil Ark project aimed at saving the Tassie devil. Six String got on board, putting the creature on the can and donating a dollar from the sale of each to Devil Ark. As for what’s in the can – and a limited number of kegs out in the wild – it’s quite the opposite of the way the marsupial is typically presented in both colour and character. Despite being unfiltered, Up Jumped The Devil is very pale and clear and is built on a soft malt body. But it’s got a lot more going on than your average household lager, the hops giving it gentle tropical fruit characters, a little touch of spiciness on the finish and a bitterness that’s less of a devil’s bite than a gentle nibble.

Milk Stout with Orange Zest

Clean, crisp, traditional Helles lager brewed with all German malts and hops. Subtly sweet Munich malt flavor that compliments without overpowering.

This hazy yet crisp New England IPA is our take on this popular new IPA style. A secret blend of hops of and a nice citrus finish makes this a perfect beer even for those not crazy about hops!

A low ABV crusher, I’m On A Boat is brewed with Pilsner malt and wheat for a crisp and clean drinking experience. Finished with Lemondrop hops for just enough bite…but at only 20 IBU’s, you’ll need to keep your cooler fully stocked.
