Bay Circut Pale Ale -AMC

Dedicated to the AMC's new hiking trail, this Pale Ale is one that straddles the world’s predominant styles of Pale: English vs. American. The malt profile (and body) is more in line with the English, a succinct toasty/biscuit flavor is apparent from sip one. Both the floral quality and bittering quality of the hops is slightly more assertive, much like the classic American Pale style. The color is that of brightly polished copper, with a smudge of amber to deepen the effect.

Bayou Bootlegger Hard Rootbeer

Brewed to embody the swaggeringly rebellious spirit of Jean Lafitte, the early-19th century French pirate, smuggler and unofficial patron saint of New Orleans, Bayou Bootlegger breaks all the established rules. Lafitte’s illicit adventures and love of revelry frustrated the authorities and captivated the public’s imagination as he blazed a dashing path of ne’er-do-well exploits along the Gulf Coast. The lawless privateer morphed into a hero when he and his crew took up arms in defense of New Orleans during the War of 1812. Lafitte’s colorful tradition lives on in the unabashedly bold flavor of Bayou Bootlegger.

Beanhead Coffee Porter

Beanhead takes the base beer of a robust porter and pairs is with a fantastic coffee flavor that comes from a Guatemalan bean roasted by Java Love Coffee Roasting Co. in Kauneonga Lake, NY. Beanhead is completely black in color with an impressive tan head. It has a taste of intense coffee with overtones of bittersweet cocoa and caramel malt balanced with a slight earthy bitterness. While it may look filling, Beanhead is actually medium bodied and lacks the cloying sweetness that makes so many other stouts and porters seem so “heavy.”

No Need to freak out, Brewers have used wild yeasts in beer making for centuries. Bearded Seal

Our brewmaster was the only person in his class at an Irish Catholic School growing up that had no Irish heritage in his bloodline. Despite that fact St. Patrick's Day is still one of his favorite holidays, he loves jet black pints topped with creamy white heads, and gets a bit surly when people say stouts are only for cold weather. This Dry-Irish Stout is a little bolder then the commercial example most people are familair with and is filled with aromas and flavors of roasted coffee and dark chocolate balanced with a nice dry finish.
