In the past, table beer was commonplace on family tables. This is actually not as strange as it sounds. Table beer contains vitamins and fewer calories than the majority of soft drinks. Furthermore a table beer can be very flavoursome and its low alcohol is in its favour.

Bayern is a classic Bavarian Pilsner with a distinct noble hop aroma, clean, delicate, soft and extremely moreish, it has been lagered for ten weeks.

Brewed to embody the swaggeringly rebellious spirit of Jean Lafitte, the early-19th century French pirate, smuggler and unofficial patron saint of New Orleans, Bayou Bootlegger breaks all the established rules. Lafitte’s illicit adventures and love of revelry frustrated the authorities and captivated the public’s imagination as he blazed a dashing path of ne’er-do-well exploits along the Gulf Coast. The lawless privateer morphed into a hero when he and his crew took up arms in defense of New Orleans during the War of 1812. Lafitte’s colorful tradition lives on in the unabashedly bold flavor of Bayou Bootlegger.

This Kiwi style Draught Beer offers a small twist on tradition. Keeping the Kiwi palate in mind, Draught has a unique hop aroma character combined with a malty flavour base. Unlike mass produced products, Draught has been matured in the fermentation stage for a minimum of 4 weeks.

This Light Ale is a tasty reprieve from some of the higher alcohol beers. Light allows you to continue drinking with your mates without getting to out of hand. Light offers a break between other beers while keeping a signature craft taste in mind.

The Beach Haus Classic has been around since before Prohibition. This microbrew is highly carbonated, showing great head with a calm aroma. Sweet in the middles and hoppy at the end. Crisp, smooth and clean.

A Nothern English Brown Ale with a good chocolatey backbone. The hops are subtle but are provide a nice accent to the malty beer that is very easy drinking.

Our brewmaster was the only person in his class at an Irish Catholic School growing up that had no Irish heritage in his bloodline. Despite that fact St. Patrick's Day is still one of his favorite holidays, he loves jet black pints topped with creamy white heads, and gets a bit surly when people say stouts are only for cold weather. This Dry-Irish Stout is a little bolder then the commercial example most people are familair with and is filled with aromas and flavors of roasted coffee and dark chocolate balanced with a nice dry finish. Beasley's Honey White is a collaboration between Fullsteam Brewery and Chef Ashley Christensen, brewed specifically for her newest restaurant venture, Beasley's Chicken + Honey (Raleigh, N.C.). Brewed with Tellicherry black pepper, North Carolina honey, and North Carolina oats, Beasley's Honey White is designed to pair with the restaurant's signature honey-drizzled fried chicken. If you can't make it to Beasley's, try it with North Carolina barbecue, spicy food, or local cheeses.

Our Oatmeal Stout aged in bourbon barrels from Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort Kentucky. Aging the barrels in our brewery cold room results in a smooth bourbon aroma and flavor that enhances the base oatmeal stout.

An American style brown ale, despite its beaver-like dark mahogany color this beer is crisp and hoppy, due to a generous Centennial dry hop.

German Pilsner beer, with quite a bit of hops taste.

Bee Tea is our cross-pollination of two classic beverages – green tea with honey, and the Belgian-style wheat ale. Strong aromas of orange and honey lead into a flavor that’s soft, sweet, and sophisticated. A dry, herbal finish comes from aging the beer on organic loose green tea, sourced from Somerville's Mem Tea Imports.

Definitely sunshine in a glass. Beehive is a joy to drink, with its beautiful honey-gold color and refreshing, full-flavored body. For our version of the classic American Wheat, we use less two-row and more Munich malt for depth, and soften the edges with the lightness of wheat. Local Black Forest honey adds character without sweetness.
