Oak barrel aged Michigan wildflower mead and a boatload of ginger give this mead a spicy earthy complexity that is hard to beat.

This mead is made by adding fresh ginger root to the fermentation. It gives a pleasant ginger and honey aroma and flavor blended with soft alcohol and a sweet, but not cloying, ginger and honey finish. It pairs well with most Asian and Thai dishes. 11% ABV

Michigan peaches, local honey and ginger come together to bring you a taste of our hometown. Made in small batches in Northern Michigan in the area nestled between Clam Lake, Lake Bellaire and Torch Lake. This mead is the perfect drink for a day on the boat or watching the sunset over the lake.

This is our Jennifer Juniper Gin barrel aged mead with added botanicals and spices. This mead is complex and sweet with loads of floral aromas and flavor.

Light, soft bodied wine with rich, lush honey flavors. Semi-sweet. Serve chilled. Compliments any light meal, or serve by itself.

Good Morning, Granny! This 5% ABV Breakfast India Pale Lager is brewed with tapioca, coffee, and lactose. A blend of west coast hops is deliciously accentuated by a pleasant coffee bitterness. Good Morning Granny is our favorite way to say “Rise and Shine!” Brewed in collaboration with Cerveja Avos.

Breakfast Lager

A crisp semi-sweet wine made with the juice of Riesling grapes, tart green apples, and fermented Chicagoland honey.

Each year GUBNA takes on a personality of its own. We seek out the most exciting and best available hops from each individual season to create a potent and complex Imperial IPA. GUBNA is packed with Rye and North American Pale Malt and accented with Munich Malt to give a spicy and flavorful backbone to support loads of kettle hops driving the IBUs to triple digits. ** This beer will now feature different hops in the massive dry hop every year. 2015 - Features whole leaf Galena hops, plus Sorachi Ace and Columbus hops. Dry hopped with copious amounts of El Dorado, Comet and Chinook.

This 3.2% ABV refreshing Radler is a crisp, light-bodied American Amber Ale with fresh pink lemonade and raspberry puree added. Expect bright, juicy, citrus aromas and flavors of fresh lemon and berries with a subtly sweet & tart finish. This brew pours a hazy rose color and can be described as “totally crushable."

Heavy Weizen explores the inner depths of creativity and craftsmanship, taking a style of ale that is delicate and quaffable and shaping it into something exuberant and sturdy. The foundation of Heavy Weizen begins with prodigious quantities of North American malted barley and wheat. Next, the finest European hops are added to complement this ale’s unique disposition by giving spicy aromas. Its spirit is forged during fermentation where our Bavarian weizen yeast consumes sugars and creates divine flavors reminiscent of bananas and cloves. Then, by aging this ale, we allow the divergent characteristics to blend together, becoming one. To capture Heavy Weizen’s spirit, this wheat ale remains unfiltered to leave some of the yeast in the bottle. Serving this ale with a wedge of lemon is recommended, but optional. 18 plato, 38 IBUs, 2-row pale malt, malted white wheat, hallertau magnum, saaz.

Belgian Golden Strong Ale

This Orange Blossom mead blended with hibiscus flowers, tea, and ancho peppers. It is deep Crimson in color with a pleasant citrus flavor up front. The ancho comes through in the finish.

Através da fermentação do mel com água obtemos uma bebida considerada por muitos investigadores e historiadores como a bebida mais antiga do mundo, elaborada pelo homem. Depois da sua fermentação e de acordo com o tipo de Hidromel que se queira fazer, envelhecemos em barricas de carvalho num período mínimo de 1 ano. Bebida de grande tradição de vários povos ancestrais, utilizada tanto de forma festiva como em celebrações e rituais anuais importantes. Através dos processos antigos e artesanais para a elaboração desta bebida, tentamos repor o Hidromel em território português, onde se bebia e produzia em grande quantidade durante o tempo dos povos pré-romanos. Com a vinda destes perdeu-se esta tradição dando lugar ao vinho, mais rentável economicamente. Durante muitos séculos que esta tradição se manteve apenas em lugares onde as vinhas não se reproduzem de forma tão abundante como nos climas temperados, pelo que o Hidromel não foi completamente substituído. Bitter hallertauer hops combine with honey to give off a pleasant boozy aroma full of floral delicacies. Slightly drier than our other offerings, Highlander is sure to delight with its long finish reminiscent of Bavarian pilsners. Aged for 24 months.

The base honey wine is made from honey collected exclusively from the Falkenstein region and its fragrant summer flowers. The second fermentation and maturation takes place according to the champagne method.
