This meade is part of our reserve (by request only) selection, that is meades that we feel are perhaps a little odd for the main stream or too difficult to make in larger quantities. This one is both. A blend of Wildflower, Clover, Alphalpha, and Buckwheat honeys this mead was blended in 2005, moved to sleep in 30 liter american oak casks and finally to the bottle without filtration. The result is a thick, sweet warming meade with gamey and bourbon notes.

This light orange in color, has an earthy ginger nose with notes of citrus peel. Bone dry, light body, and has lots of citrus and ginger flavors. Finish is long and dry with growing ginger heat.

Aged in gin barrels

A ’pyment’ is a mead made with grapes. This one is made with Shiraz grapes, clover honey and aged on toasted oak. Only 8 gallons were made back in April of 2009 and this is batch #30. A big, bold pyment with robust dark fruit flavors, a hint of honey and a nice dry finish. Pair this one with your favorite beef or lamb dish. Good for the long haul in your cellar.

This is our Happiness Is.... Blended with loads of hibiscus flowers. It has floral notes with a crisp finish. This will pair nicely with a spicy barbecue.

Bons Vœux (Good Wishes) is a blond high fermentation beer , re-fermented in the bottle. Founded in 1970 , this beer was offered earlier this year to the most loyal customers of our brewery ( hence the name "With the best wishes of the brewery Dupont "). The success this beer earned lead to it being made commercially, while retaining its original name. Although very popular, it was brewed in limited quantities, the bottles reserved many months in advance. A coppery blond beer with aromas of hops for the Bon Voeux is a beer tasting combining mellow bitterness and fruity. Our selection of yeasts and a long maturation phase with hopping gives it flavor and a characteristic and complex taste. The true fermentation in the bottle , which can be extended very long in your cellar, resulting in a balanced and harmonious beer, surprising and complex aromas .

A vienna style lager, with a fresh, flowery nose and a malty palate. Produced with AC/DC in the speakers at the brewery to ensure the perfect quality. Changed from 5.2 to 5.5% spring 2012.

This deep ruby colored mead has notes of cassis and earthy spiciness on the nose. There is a woody flavor in this medium-sweet mead and the finish is dry.

Honey wine fermented & blended with fruit, orange zest, herbs and other natural ingredients.

This still mead is mead is made with citrus blossom honey and beautifully accented with schuil espresso coffee, light amber in color, medium sweetness and body

Lighter in color than your typical quadrupel; stronger in alcohol. Divine.
