The next beer is the latest in our Melange series that’s been brewed especially for Valentine’s Day; this is number six - or No. Sechs as we’ve dubbed it. Melange no. Sechs is primarily made up of an experimental beer brewed with beets for a festive red color before cocoa nibs and rose petals are added. It’s then blended with White Oak Sap (our bourbon barrel aged wheat wine) & bourbon barrel aged Rugbrød The resulting beer is 9% ABV and has an earthy flavor with a pleasant chocolate & vanilla nose and a subtle floral hint all wrapped in an incredibly smooth package. It’s one Sechs-y beer!

This ruby elixir is a blend of several red wines and honey. It was fermented and aged in a used oak barrel. The flavor and aromas are a balance of red fruit, honey and oak.

This beer is produced in memory of Michael Jackson, the Beer Hunter. It is made with Organic Pilsner, Vienna and Munich malts. Michael is fermented with a variety of yeasts and bacteria. It is aged in American oak and Sherry casks for 30 months and released every November from the Brewery only.

This ultra light colored mead has a complex nose that has floral with apple and peach notes. It is sweet with a full body. The flavor is all honey and peaches with a warm long finish.
