Arizona Cat Claw Honey and Mango Juice are fermented together to make Ragnarok, and then this special batch was aged in a barrel that began as Buffalo Trace, aged Lagrimas de Oro, then aged the Arizona Wilderness / Superstition Collaboration "Old Brood."

Old Stock Cellar Reserve is a one-time, small batch, limited release that has been aged in oak whiskey barrels. The aging process gives this world-class beer an added layer of complexity. One third of the wort used to make this splendid stout came from each of three North Carolina Breweries: Olde Hickory Brewery, The Duck-Rabbit Craft Brewery, and Foothills Brewing. These were combined and aged in very rare 23 year old bourbon barrels. Olde Rabbit’s Foot Imperial Stout is rich and complex; as satisfying to drink as it was to make. We three craft brewers hope you will enjoy the very special Stout as much as we have. Brewed with honey and with cocoa nibs added and aged in 23 year old Pappy Van Winkle barrels. This mead was made with the orange blossom honey. A faint smell of citrus can be found in it’s bouqet. Two years of aging was required for this traditional style of mead.

This is a full flavored sweet sipping mead. Made from orange blossom honey this mead has great citrus flavors.

Dark opaque body with garnet highlights. Pours creamy with a light tan head. Draught is served on nitrogen. Bottle carbonation is moderately low. Creamy mouthfeel from the nitrogen. Reminiscent of lightly roasted coffee finishes with a definitive gourmet chocolate flavor. Bittersweet chocolate and pure chocolate liquor from Peter’s Chocolate Company are melted directly into the beer. Lactose sugar is added after the boil to impart the signature creaminess of a sweet stout. The gases used in packaging create subtle differences in flavor and mouthfeel.

A one time release dry-hopped Amber ale aged on cigar box cedar.

Traditional wildflower mead aged on bourbon barrel that previously held Blueberry White Sour.

This very special beer was brewed as a Double Strength Imperial Stout. Imperial Stouts being very big beers to begin with, that puts this at the strength of a barleywine. The Original Gravity is 27.5 P/1118, then the hopping level is very hard to define, though there are enough hops to achieve 100 IBUs in a smaller beer, this beer still has a distinct sweetness due to a high percentage of unfermentable sugars. After fermentation, this beer was aged in old whiskey barrels from the McCormack’s bottling plant in Weston, MO, hence the name Owd Mac’s (owd being a British regional colloquialism for old).

India Pale Ale with unsweetened dried Papaya added post fermentation.

Patio Pils is a pre-prohibition recipe lager with a modern twist. We improve on the traditional recipe made popular by German immigrants to the US during the mid 1800’s, by replacing six-row barley and cluster hops with premium two-row pilsner malt and noble hop varietals. These improvements yield a lager which expertly balances malt sweetness with hop bitterness. As in the classic pre-prohibition recipes we add flaked maize, which imparts delightful fresh corn notes. Patio Pils is an exceptional warm weather beer that stays true to its craft beer roots, bringing massive flavor concentration and generous hop aroma and taste to every sip.

The Lucky Lab is proud to present Pavlov’s Russian Imperial Stout, aged six months in a port barrel! Huge flavor from the roasted barley balanced with hints of vanilla from the barrel gives way to notes of raspberries and black currants from the Port. This is all followed by underpinnings of chocolate, caramel and licorice. With a head of dark coffee color, it’s all wrapped up with a finish of esters and warming alcohol. Northern Brewer, Fuggles and Goldings hops. OG 25.0, FG 5.2, ABV 9.9%, IBUs 65
