Our beers are brewed fresh in small batches. We continually search to find the best beer and wine offerings available. That being said, our selections are eclectic, sometimes extensive, and subject to change. This i our impression of real Berliner Weisse; a little sour, light and refreshing! Drink a growler, prost!

Lime and Raspberry aged Berliner Weisse

Limited Release, brewed by Dale Penrose (of the famed Penrose kettle, and the BREWHEMOTH Conical Fermenter) and Kirkwood Station Brewing Company. Mild Orange Blossom Honey. Color: Medium Gold. Bottle cap adorned with gold wax.

This still mead is made with citrus honey and lots of peppermint. Cool and refreshing

Perseguidor four is made up of batches 69,70, and 239. Roja, Madrugada and Noel respectively. Brewed; 11-29-05, 12-2-05 and 8-22-07 to oak 12-5-05,12-9-05, 8-27-07 Blended into and aged in barrels # 10 & 12 Bottled; 7-01-08 Release date: Jan. 2 2009 At Jolly Pumpkin only 12-6 pm

Sahtipaja Pilot Series is aimed to involve the customers in the development of new beers and meads. Instead of brewing small batches for internal testing we have decided to brew a bit larger batches and distribute them to selected bars. Customer feedback via beer rating sites and through social media will give us a better picture of what people like and want to drink instead of we deciding this for them. Sahtipaja Pilot Series Äppelpaj is a Session Mead brewed with a mix of apples and cinnamon. Let us know what you think!

This mead is well balanced with flavors of fruit, wine, and honey. Slightly sweet and very drinkable

A refreshingly hoppy American pale ale, Pipsqueak Penguin is another edition in our "Small Bird Series" of lower ABV offerings, this time brewed for the colder months! The nose is a fusion of lime zest and pineapple. White grape and clementine fill out the flavor profile, balanced by a structured grainy backbone and a crisp, dry finish.

Brewed with 70% Pilsner malt, 30% Michigan raw organic Wheat and bittered with German Hallertau. German hefeweizen yeast was first used to ferment the wort followed by secondary maturation on 3 strains of Brettanomyces infused with Montmorency cherries.

This plum Melomel was made with more than 4 pounds of golden plums per gallon of finished mead. Orange blossom honey was chosen to give this mead a nice citrusy feel that compliments the plum flavors nicely. This mead is sweet and is a great after dinner sipper with dessert.

When Phin and Matt sat down to collaborate on their new beer, they knew it had to be different if they were to call it extraordinary. "Let sprinkle it with fairy dust and wave our magic wands," said Phin. "No way," said Matt, "We’ve got to do better than that. This beer has to be better than any other in the galaxy." "Let’s do some market research." So the two strapped on their rocket pack packs and traveled to the intergalactic beer store. After sampling an array of beers from acrossed the galaxy, the duo hit on an idea. "I’ve got it" exclaimed Matt, "we’ll use vast amounts of whole hops, the finest malt, and put a little more love in every batch." "Eureka!" shouted Phin. And thus became a beer so fresh and tasty the duo put their names on it. 37 IBU’s, 5.6% ABV

Mead made with dark belgian candy sugar and aged in Mediera barrels that formerly aged Black Tuesday.
