NEIPA

A kettle-soured Berliner Weisse. Bright and clear with a light golden hue. Aromas of citrus and melon. Crisp body and pleasant tartness.

This stout has been the backbone of our brewery from the beginning. Measuring 7.8 percent ABV, this ale is full bodied and rich. We name it for our three-headed monster comprised of chocolate malt, oatmeal, and lactose. It is proof of our commitment to dark ales.

Competitor IPA is a session American IPA – crisp, clean and hoppy. Maris Otter, wheat and crystal malts bring a refreshing subtle malty flavor with slight sweetness, while flaked oats add to the body of the beer. Delicious hoppy aroma and subdued bitterness result from a combination of cascade, centennial, mosaic and amarillo hops. Brewed with our patent-pending improved brewing process.

A classic English-style brown ale with notes of caramel, toffee, and chocolate. Finishes dry with earthy characteristics.

We’ve teamed up with Relix and Kyle Hollingsworth to bring you a haze-bomb of a brew: Ground Score IPA. This bad boy’s packed with El Dorado, Citra, Amarillo, and Idaho 7 hops that will sure hit your tastebuds with a hell of a lot of flavor. At a 7.1% ABV, Ground Score IPA is big, bold, and drinkable beer. Our head brewer Nick Nock describes the color as “a sunset right before the big flash,” attributing it to the malt bill of 2 Row, flaked wheat and English Premium malts. The flaked wheat gives Ground Score its blurred clarity and a nice frothy head, while the English Premium adds a slight sweetness of orange blossom honey.

For our award-winning Honey Hefeweizen, we use generous amounts of locally harvested honey from Smoot Honey Company to capture the flavors of sweet clover and Montana wildflowers.Brewed with wheat and local two pale 2-row malt, Saphir hops, orange peel, and ferment with German yeast. Then dry hop with rose hips for a beer that is light and sweet with pleasant tart finish.

An Incan staple still enjoyed throughout the Andes, Chicha is a beer brewed from corn. Various corns can be used to craft a great Chicha. Traditionally, corn was made fermentable by either chewing on it, or by germination, much like barley, into jora, a sun-dried corn malt. Dos Luces brews with malted blue corn, and we mix with whole kernels of Peruvian purple corn to give our Chicha its distinctive color and flavor. Our Chichas are nicknamed “Inti” after the Incan god of the sun, because it offers the consistency and radiance that makes everyone smile. Sweet and refreshing,

Long Run is an UNFILTERED American Pale Ale made with the infusion of REAL apricots: an Apricot Pale Ale. Delivering a light body is pilsner malt and wheat grain, balanced splendidly by late aromatic hop additions. The result: a great tasting multi-season ale. Metztli — Pulque Aztec god of the moon. Ominous, changing, and mischievous. The cups of the Aztecs give us Pulque, traditionally made from the spontaneously fermented aguamiel, the sap of the maguey plant. Pulque is experiencing a revival across Mexico, with these fresh, vibrant brews are being enjoyed late into the night. At Dos Luces, we take inspiration from aguamiel and regional corn, and blending maguey nectar with our malted blue corn, applying our own approach to this timeless tradition. Touched with cinnamon and mixed with fruits the spicy, sweet, and sour flavors, take what might be heavy metal soundtrack and turning it into a symphony on your tongue. Nicknamed “Meztli” for the Aztec god of the moon, our Pulque just might lead to some lunacy if you’re not careful.

A big, classic American IPA, infused with tangerine, citrus peel, pine dust, tropical fruit notes, fresh cut grass and an ever present tangerine character keep things light, with bursts of caramel malt, a pungent bitter resin baseline and an ABV of 8.5% giving weight to this heavy duty fruity IPA. Brewed for the Fanzine beer club.

Using orange and lemon peel, ginger, coriander and a special European hop, tho 60 year old recipe provides a balanced citrus kick with botanical notes. By adding cinchona bark, tonic water bitterness combines with the light hop bitterness and dry finish to give a well rounded mouthfeel.

Light into Dark blends Pale malt with a combination of Crystal, Munich and Chocolate malts into a delicious Porter for the winter season. The delicate chocolate aroma from the roasted grains are balanced with the subtlety of noble Golding hops, while the Crystal malt provides a hint of sweetness. Barrel Aged Sour with Citrus

This session IPA is hazy in appearance and brewed with lactose for added body and a pillowy mouthfeel. Dry hopped with Amarillo, Calypso, El Dorado, and Denali hops. Zenyatta has notes of citrus and tropical fruit that lead to a clean finish.

1101K+OT is not for college pukes, white collar sissy boys or mamby-pamby Nancy boys who haven’t done an honest days work in their lives. Nor is this beer for the common man. This beer is for the working man who has arrived. If your work boots are steel toed, come back when they are gold toed! 110K+OT is reserved for the hard working man with a taste for the finer things in life and the curiously structured salary that allows him to obtain them.
