Our first collaboration with a European brewery, we first brewed this beer in Bucharest as the first spiced beer ever brewed in Romania. It went on to win awards at Bucharest’s Beer Festival! A deep orange brew made with pumpkin and a plethora of autumnal spices: cinnamon, allspice, ginger, nutmeg, coriander and clove.

A heavily dry hopped Farmhouse ale using ingredients from both CT and VT. We used VT white cedar and CT balsam fir tips in the boil.

Our holiday seasonal is a big, sweet, spiced ale with a pleasant spicy flavour and aroma that is at once present but not overwhelming. The deep copper hue and fluffy white head is perfectly presented garnished with a spring of freshly cut rosemary, which imbues the nose with a fleeting whiff of pine before the richness of the beer reaches your palate.

Cooperstown Brewing Company's latest offering is an American Amber ale in honor of one of America's greatest sports legends, Babe Ruth. It is a perfect balance of bold hops and smooth malts to create a drinkable, but complex ale. The Bambino Amber is light copper in color and pours with a clean white head. Crystal and Melanoidin malts provide the defining malt sweetness with a hint of caramel in the finish. These are matched by American Cascade and Willamette hops with a moderate bitterness and a floral and citrusy flavor and aroma.

We have evolved our best selling beer into a seasonal series. The first experiment was blackberry - and what a fantastic beer. A fruity ale with that late summer sweetness of blackberries.

This Hazy Imperial IPA is dark gold and full bodied, with a soft mouthfeel and medium-low bitterness. Primary and dry hop additions lend intense juicy notes of tangerine, lemon and grapefruit.

This Dry Hopped Ginger Saison was brewed in honor of Vermont's Patriot Medevac Unit whose primary mission is to save as many lives as possible. A portion of the proceeds from Ginger Hawk will be donated to the Vermont National Guard Charitable Foundation.

Refreshing light brew with a pale golden color, our Cream Ale is gently hopped to make this an easy-drinking traditional beer. Named after the historic river running through our hometown.
